Cozy suite quiet
Reception was awful from check in to leaving. Bar tender with nose piercing was rude. I thought she charged me more for a drink. Anyway, I apologized and she refuse to accept and kick me out of the bar. Breakfast was ok but cold and dinner didn’t bother. I feel like the service for my stay was poor and no love in their job. Management must be useless since the staff lack energy and kindness.
bad attitude from the front desk is the best way to explore ppl in nyc
everything! bad service, bad food, really really bad breakfast it's actually kinda funny, all facilities are old asf as well.. don't even get me started on that
I was very much so surprised about the variety at breakfast.Taste and quality exceeded expectation.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is made fresh daily. Plenty of free parking. Overall Excellent stay
Always a pleasure to be here

BEWARE! First they didn't have my reservation. OK, booked with a third party so could have been booking agents error or even mine. So they get a pass.
When booking ot said they were pet friendly. Last time I brought my puppy with me to a hotel, I had no problem. This time I was told upon check in there would be a $150 charge for the dog (I only paid $160 for the room) and a $15 "clean up" fee. Since my Sophia is trained, in a crate and doesn't shed, any cleanup was done by me! And yes housekeeping is included!
So I paid 160+ for my wife and I for a one night stay to attend a funeral and 165+ for the dog!
Nice room, but come on guys!
Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming especially at check in and in the dining area.
Breakfast was ok. Room was very crowded and food was just lukewarm. There was a wedding or something going on and loud music was playing after midnight making it difficult to sleep. Also, the double beds are too small for two adults. This should be updated to include two queen beds.
Well-located, and in general, nicely appointed for a property of this caliber (~ somewhere between Holiday Inn and mid-level Marriott). Staff overall, was friendly, earnest, and capable.
During our 4-night stay, the hotel was swamped with three wedding events - e.g., common areas were swarming with guests that likely were tied to the multiple events -- i.e., making for a noisy, rambunctious (kids and adults) ... Disneyland-like vibe (UGH) at registration, breakfast, in the hotel corridors, etc.
PLUS: After sleeping in our room's bed, we experienced troubling insect bites. When we reported this to the front desk, we were dismissively told these bites likely came from some mosquito. NOPE -- we're pretty sure that the hotel has a BED BUG problem! We have since reported this to the hotel's GM, who subsequently shared a polite apology.
Wunderschöne Anlage im Grünen, sehr grosses Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, perfekt ausgestattetes Gym, günstige Lage für alle meine Ausflüge und Termine auf Long Island.
The attention from the reception desk and speciallty the free shuttle service and their gentleman and very kind drivers
The suite was very spacious and comfortable! The location is great if you are bringing your car! Just two signals off of the highway exit and you are there! Complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety and generous window to enjoy (3.5 hrs daily!) 24hr front desk was also helpful because our flight was delayed and they were easy to communicate with over message. Staff from front desk and cleaners were always kind, considerate and helpful.
There isn't much in Woodbury itself including stores and if you are trying to connect to LIRR, it is a 10 min Uber drive (around $20usd one way). I also found that for a 4 star place, they could have provided water for free and they didn't have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Breakfast items were okay but inconsistent in quality from day to day
I did not wake up in time.
Volpe was closed Sunday night.
It’s beautiful - luxurious feeling
Pulling in and out of the parking lot is a bit annoying
