From the moment we drove into the hotel lot, we saw a beautiful building. Checking in was very easy and our room was large enough for a sitting area, kitchenette area with microwave and coffee maker which we did not need nor did we use, but was a nice amenity. It was very clean and housekeeping kept it that way. We had lunch outside on the first day on the patio by the pool. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the staff cleaned the tables when guests left. There are complimentary dinners Monday through Thursday, but we had plans outside of the hotel. There is plenty of parking, and it is free. We're looking forward to returning there next year.
we would have liked a room closer to the elevator as my husband has difficulty walking.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant was also good. However the staff was not bad, it was OK.
The staff was not friendly, that was less than my expectations.
Location - central and easy to find.
Beds comfortable. Our room was large, cool and clean.
Catering was a bit disorganised- only three croissants at a time seemed to appear at breakfast - if you weren’t there when they came out you had to wait until the next few were cooked. Cutlery ran out quickly. Dessert in the evening was fruit or cookies - same fruit as at breakfast - nice, but a variety would have been good.

I booked 2 rooms because we were coming from out of state for a nearby wedding. First off, thanks to the reservation staff who honored my request that our rooms be close ( right next door!). The rooms are very large, well appointed and clean. We were near the pool and we barely heard any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend if you are in the area .
Coffee machine and cookies in lounge. Attended a wedding on site so perfect! Heated pool! Reception service was amazing!
Bartender and waitstaff in the afternoon. Checked in at 3ish went to lounge area, ask bartender how she was doing and very flatley said "living the dream" started we wanted to get something to eat but wanted to eat outside. She said she would send someone over, waited 10 min went back inside found waitstaff who said he would be out with menus, waiting another 15 min said person never came. Ended up just going out to get something.
The breakfast is nice and several good options. We love the location.
It's been 6 mos since our last stay. We feel the staff, has seemed to really slip. Call it a lack of interest to just answer a basic question. We lost TV one night and I tried to trouble shoot. Called front desk 5-30-26 around 9:30- 10:00 pm and no one answered. Went downstairs to inquire and the clerk was standing there talking to a check in guest and the phone is just ringing. Finally gets to me and the phone starts ringing and never answers. I told him our problem and he said, no one else has complained, I said ya, because you don't answer the phone. He called the maintance person and was told they are leaving for the night. I came back down 10 min. later to see if we could switch rooms and a lady was now up there and said it was a system wide problem and she was and had been working on it. The original guy who told me I was the only problem, just stood there and said nothing, so I told the woman what he had told me.
We also did not like the hallway after parties and the noise at night. It sounded like noon at ball game! Then Sunday morning before 7 am the people down the hall seemed to be having a multiple room, open door family reunion, lots of hollering, cackling, and loud laughter, with god knows how many people. Very inconsiderate. Where was staff or security? This went on over an hour. Sunday morning, at hotel where it seems like the majority of the people, are there for events, some of us, want to get some sleep after a late night.
They would not allow me to drop off my luggage while I attended the church portion of the wedding. I’ve been at hotels the world over and never encountered this. And I called in advance and they said it was no problem. Poor service! N
The place was near all the stores and by the place we needed to visit. This place included breakfast and dinner. That's a pretty big deal in NY
There was no dish soap or paper towels in the room for the dishes.
Cozy suite quiet
Reception was awful from check in to leaving. Bar tender with nose piercing was rude. I thought she charged me more for a drink. Anyway, I apologized and she refuse to accept and kick me out of the bar. Breakfast was ok but cold and dinner didn’t bother. I feel like the service for my stay was poor and no love in their job. Management must be useless since the staff lack energy and kindness.
