Cons:

Una anciana que se estaba alojando me dijo en el desayuno que si yo no era la que atendía los platos por mi color de piel. Sin duda me arruinó la mañana pero no importa porque yo estoy orgullosa de mi color y de mis valores inquebrantables. A pesar de ese mal comentario le sonreí y me fui.

Me gustó mucho todo, la estancia bastante cómoda, buena recepción, hubo un problema en la reservacion donde aparecían menos habitaciones pero se solucionó rápido. Hay elevador, el espacio en si muy lindo y temático de morelia en el lobby y la cocina, y si regreso a Morelia tal vez me volvería a quedar por ser un lugar accesible y cerca del centro. Mi parte favorita fue el desayuno gratis.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que algunas habitaciones tienen las paredes en mal estado.

Mi estancia fue agradeble
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es bonito, limpio de fácil acceso por su cercanía al centro histórico, puedes entrar y salir todo el día.

Cons:

La habitación es muy fría, el personal es muy seco, no son groseros pero tampoco con serviciales, el agua de la regadera es muy caliente, no es fácil de templar, las toallas del baño son muy viejas
