Very luxurious, beautiful, and a fantastic time.
Pros:

It’s close to the rail to Gornergrat which had amazing views. And they even have an access to a gym nearby since there isn’t one in the building.

Pros:

Hotel was great and very comfortable with an old swiss chalet feel, great location just a short walk to the train station and views of the mountains, staff were very friendly and helped however they could. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and best of all had a view of the Matterhorn! Bathroom was huge with a bath tub and shower, plenty of room.

Cons:

The price for the room if high but that is Switzerland I guess. Other than that nothing!

Cons:

Unacceptable and biased service. We simply asked for hot water to make tea, but the staff mistakenly assumed we were planning to cook food in our room. Their attitude was highly inappropriate and unwelcoming.

Aangenaam verblijf in de hoofdstraat
Pros:

Locatie middenin de hoofdstraat en de drukte. Op loopafstand van het station en het bruggetje om de Matterhorn te zien. Een ruime kamer met balkon. Ruime badkamer met bad en aparte douche. Het ontbijt was ok en je kon de dag goed starten. De prijs was last minute behoorlijk gedaald (EUR 100) dus geboekt. Je bagage kon je onbeheerd achter het gordijn laten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Vieze vlekken op de bank in de slaapkamer. Bij het ontbijt wilde mn moeder 1 normaal sneetje mee voor onderweg maar dat mocht niet. Eerdere check-in niet mogelijk want receptie gaat pas om 15 uur open

Hôtel très pittoresque et représentatif de Zermatt et situé tout près de la gare. Chambre très grande et lit hyper confortable. Petit déjeuner très varié.

駅に近く通りに面していたので立地はとてもよかったです

Cons:

古さは否めず、若干部屋の床が傾斜してました。また部屋の位置によるのかもしれませんが、wifiが弱かったです
