he location was great, but several concerns during my stay.

The location was perfect, right in the city center

Cons:

The staff were absent most of the time, and there was no way to contact anyone for emergencies. For instance, when my hairdryer broke late at night, I had to wait until the next morning to get a new one.
Furthermore, I was worried about security. The luggage storage area was unlocked and accessible to people from the outside, which felt unsafe.
