The stay was nice but for the money we paid, I expected more.
Pros:

It was very close to the railway station and in the middle of the center.

Cons:

In the hallway it always smelled of food and in the fridge of the room was no water or other drinks. The towels were very thin and cheap. There was no bathrobe. There were stains on the bathroom door.

Pros:

One of the best I have had as I always book hotels with breakfast. Great location for skiing, shopping, and night life! Great restaurant also!. Stay there again if I come back to Zermatt.

Satisfactory stay.
Pros:

Location: Close to just about everything especially the train station.
Rooms: Clean and spacious.
Breakfast: Great!
Staff: Welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Important note: Safety issue in the room we were in. Needs better lighting and more visible warning about a step towards the door. One of us missed the step and fell. Maybe a reflective tape prevent a catastrophic accident.
