ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in Zermatt

das große geräumige Zimmer, das gute Frühstück, das sehr gute Restaurant. die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt direkt im Zentrum von Zermatt, alles kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Séjour agréable.
Pros:

Emplacement génial, à côté de la gare, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre spacieuse, propre, personnels très gentils et à l'écoute, je reviendrais dans cette établissement sans hésiter.

Pros:

Tolle Begrüssung. Zimmer war schon früher bereit. Top Aussicht aus dem Zimmer/Balkon. Frühstück sehr grosszügig.

Excellent location , excellent staff , very friendly and helpful
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice and no shortage of food . The attention to detail of the staff and their service was excellent and very helpful/friendly .
We also ate in the hotel restaurant where both service and food were excellent .

Cons:

Beds were a little on the hard side for our liking .

Oldly rustic nostalgic hotel - beautifully decorated in keeping with the feel of Zermatt town

No coffee or tea making facilities and more importantly not even a bottle of water in the room - very poor
