Emplacement idéal et charme authentique
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal à Zermatt, à deux pas de la gare. L’hôtel a su conserver son charme d’antan. Le personnel d’accueil était très sympathique. La chambre était très spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner excellent.

Heerlijk hotel met goed restaurant in hartje Zermatt. Echt midden in het bruisende Zermatt. Prachtige kamer (upgrade) met 2 verdiepingen en vrijstaand bad.

Pros:

Tudo estava muito bem. Fiquei admirado com o tamanho e condições do alojamento.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei muito foi a comunicação... É preciso falar francês. Na Suiça, seja a zona que for, devem sempre falar as línguas oficiais. Mas tudo se resolve.

Wir haben zwei tolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Perfekte, zentrale Lage, sehr gemütliches Hotel und Zimmer, viel Charme und Blick aufs Matterhorn. Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch haben wir im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren etwas hart, aber sonst war für uns alles perfekt.
