Pros:

The staff are clearly what makes the biggest difference, and this hotel's staff was each amazing at any given opportunity, but I won't start naming them individually here (that should be passed to their managers... 🙂 ). I will say that everything else, the facilties s d gorgeous pool and everything I found chatting and welcoming and well maintained. Great Vale for money, but simply great, regardless if price. Definitely coming back. Tomorrow even 😍
