Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was not good at all. The room we stayed in was dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, pillow had boogers on it.

Horrible Hotel. I cannot believe Booking.com has this even on their list. Filthy dirty place people that live there that chase people down the hallway screaming at them and stand naked at the window. The breakfast food was terrible. Our sink was clogged. The guy came in unplugged it and crap flew everywhere all over the room that had to be cleaned up after they had charged us $25 for checking in an hour early. You will be hearing from me tomorrow.

Horrible time and experience at the Baymont of Windham in Howell and Brighton, Michigan
Pros:

This was a horrible experience I would never stay here again. This is the rudest staff I've ever seen. They are the worst hotel ever. So dirty so run down so cheap. Wouldn't even put out enough food for everybody at their breakfast. The TV and remotes are horrible. There's no screens in the windows. The places just filthy dirty. The elevator doesn't even work properly. You don't get fresh linen. You don't get room service. you barely get anything to stay there to make your stay better. The pool is so gross and disgusting. It smells so badly chlorinated that you can't hardly stand to be in the room. The place is patched up and some places aren't patched up and it has so much damage and needs so many repairs. We were really scared to stay there. We could smell gas outside the building. There were no screens on the windows and it was just an overall horrible experience. I would never stay at a Baymont of Windham ever again, no matter if the room was for free. The staff was the rudest I've ever seen and I don't know if that's what their culture is like or what they prefer to do and act like. But I'm not ever painting for that again and they would not refund me my money so that I could go somewhere else that was in a way better condition. The elevator wouldn't even work. It's just disgusting. Don't go there, go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here

Pros:

We chose Baymont Howell when Ann Arbor hotels were overpriced for commencement weekend. A modern clean facility in a quiet setting with pool. "Free breakfast" was a disappointment. Lots of simple carbs with the only exception being hard boiled eggs. No tea and no decaf coffee. We skipped.

My room wasn’t clean properly at all, it had stuff in the tub and in toilet, not even a new thing of toilet paper up it

Not having to pay 30/night for a two night stay with dog with no cleaning or updates…only one packet of regular coffee in the room .

Pros:

Loved it, staff were friendly and took great care of us! This was our second time staying here, first time staying anywhere this long and it was amazing!

Not returning! Too many u0dates and cleaning needed. Not worth have of what they charged. .
Pros:

Will not return. Needs major updating and cleaning. More like a motel then a hotel. Wallpaper. Windows. Food. All need updating.

Pros:

The price range fit our date night budget close to food chains and shopping mall.

Cons:

OK hallways and stairways seemed like a vacuum hadn't been used for a month. The staff lady was too adamant about charging our card before we showed for key pick up. Very argumentative. Thought location was OK for highway and food chains the police were always poking around and smoking restrictions
