Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren schön und gepflegt. Auch die Stadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.

Pros:

for b trip in the city is perfect. You can easily access nice facilities around and to use your limited free time for touring around. The hotel is convenient the staff is extremely polite and nice, and more immportantly speaks proper English !: )

La ubicación

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación minúscula que no se correspondía a la categoría que habíamos reservado. Aún encima cuando llegamos, quisimos descansar y durante la primera y la segunda tarde no se escuchaba otra cosa más que un taladro. Reclamamos la categoría de la habitación antes de irnos y no obtuvimos ni siquiera una respuesta a la queja que formulamos a la persona de recepción. Personalmente no lo recomiendo.

Boring breakfast without hot dishes and completely useless coffee doesn't meet the rest of the hotel
Pros:

Pleasantly decorated room with a view of Carlsplatz. Comfortable bed and just the right warm duvet for the season.

Cons:

This is at first glance a very nice hotel in the old town. Nice cozy room but unfortunately noisy as you can hear the neighbors until late at night! Very nice staff but very sparse breakfast with useless coffee, unfortunately it is not enough for the price you pay

Location, great breakfast, very good hotel bar that seemed to be open all the , the hotel was reasonably quiet at night, had really good parking program.

Cons:

Our room lacked amenities that I would expect to find in a hotel at this price level. Room was very dark ( only a desk lamp and hanging lamp on the other side of the bed), only one desk chair so you really couldn’t sit and have a glass of wine unless one person sat on the bed. No light in the shower stall, shower door had mildew at the track, shower pan had no grip so it was very slippery. Bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner seemed to be one bottle for everything (which can work)

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sauber, Parkplatz gleich nebenan (Vorsicht, sehr eng), toll!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, vor allem, wenn man sich überlegt, was dafür verlangt wird. Wir haben es gleich bereut, im Hotel zu frühstücken.
Alles war aus der Tüte, nicht besonders ansprechend präsentiert und einfallslos.
Es war nicht besser als in einem Budget-Hotel, das die Hälfte kostet.
