beetje duur voor de kwaliteit
Pros:

Prima locatie, vlakbij een leuk marktplein waar het ganse jaar door markt is.
Op loop afstand van de oude stad en de Rijn.
Goede uitvalbasis

Cons:

1 lift en die s vaak in gebruik door het personeel.
Heel warme kamers, geen airco.
Ouderwetse badkamer
fitness stelt niets voor

Schade, war mal ein gutes Hotel, mit dieser Bettwäsche nicht mehr.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider seit neuestem Plastik-Bettwäsche, man schwitzt auch ohne Hitze. (Edit: Natürlich habe ich, anders als in der Antwort des Hotels dargestellt, meine Kritik auch "direkt und in einem ruhigen Gespräch mitgeteilt". Diese Falschdarstellung finde ich noch negativer als die Bettwäsche. Offenbar ist das Management nicht kritikfähig, es hat mir nach meiner Bewertung per Mail mitgeteilt, keine Buchung mehr von mir anzunehmen. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt.)

Mooi hotel op goede locatie voor bezoeker die met de auto komen
Pros:

Voor een bezoek aan het centrum van Düsseldorf met de auto is dit een prima hotel. Er is een grote betaalde parkeerplaats naast het hotel. Vanuit het hotel ben je direct in het centrum.
