We hebben het leuk gehad op een toplocatie.
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er van binnen fantastisch uit. De locatie kon niet beter voor een weekendje Düsseldorf. Een parkeergarage direct naast het hotel, een markthal vol gezelligheid voor de deur en je loopt zo de Altstad in. Op de vertrekdag zit je ook 3 straten verderop binnen enkele minuten op de snelweg. Ideaal.

Cons:

Eigenlijk beviel alles wel. We hadden alleen geen mooi uitzicht op de kamer waar wij zaten. Dat was jammer maar niet meer dan dat. Daarom een 9 en geen 10 van ons. Of eigenlijk een 10-

Tolle Lage!
Das Hotel hat insgesamt eine sehr gute Lage, die wirklich überzeugt. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig.

Cons:

Ein deutlicher Kritikpunkt: die Badezimmer. Diese sind offensichtlich nicht renoviert und wirken veraltet. Besonders problematisch ist die Dusche in der Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg und zusätzlicher Duschabtrennung. Das ist nicht nur unpraktisch, sondern aus meiner Sicht auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß, vor allem für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Gerade für ältere Gäste oder Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das schlicht nicht zumutbar. Ein barriereärmerer Zugang zur Dusche sollte heutzutage Standard sein.
