Отель и номер превзошли мои ожидания! Очень благодарна персоналу за дружеское содействие и помощь.
Pros:

Завтрак был шикарный! Стол был красиво сервирован. Все позиции еды были очень вкусные. Кофе был вкусный, понравилось что есть свежевыжатый сок. Атмосфера в зоне кафе очень приятная. Самые удобные подушки, очень удобный матрас. Место расположения замечательное-аптека, кафе, рестораны, супермаркет, набережная, торговый центр, всевозможные и магазины.

Cons:

Добавить некоторые банные принадлежности в ванну, например ватные диски и палочки для ушей. Тапочки одноразовые.

Das Hotel ist ein Schmuckstück in einem sehr guten und sicheren Viertel, zentrale Lage ist super
Pros:

Top Lage, super Frühstück. Unser Aufenthalt war stressfrei, alles hat geklappt, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Ich habe mich in der Dusch/Badewanne unsicher gefühlt weil die Stehfläche eben halt nicht so gerade und eben ist wie ein Duschbecken.

Pros:

Staff at reception was friendly and polite, the hotel is generally very nice and in a very good location if you want to be close to the Düsseldorf Altstadt.

Cons:

There was a mini fridge in my room which made a lot of noise (at least for me) and disturbed my sleep. I also found the hotel a bit pricey, although perhaps that's how expensive hotels have gotten..

Top Lage, gutes Frühstück.
Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.
Parken nebenan im öffentlichen (sehr engen) Parkhaus vergünstigt möglich.
Direkt am Markt Carlsplatz gelegen.

Cons:

Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Mooi hotel, prettig personeel, maar over-priced
Pros:

De lobby was mooi, sfeervol en ruim. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, faciliteiten waren prima in orde.

Cons:

De 'ruime' classic kamer met 'stadsuitzicht' was in werkelijkheid een krappe kamer met uitzicht op een dof betonnen bouwwerk. Voor de prijs van de kamer was dit niet alleen een domper, ik vind het zwaar over-priced. Parkeergelegenheid is er volop rondom het hotel, maar tegen behoorlijke tarieven.
