Awful
Cons:

Room 131 has bed bugs ,very poor cleaning and maintenance in the rooms . The bathroom sink was clogged when I removed the stopper it was covered in hair and cigarettes. I don’t understand how housekeeping wouldn’t noticed or just didn’t care . You can tell it had been clogged fur a while .Back to the bed bugs I got bit over 15 times . They are very painful bites so beware if you stay at this property.

Overall, I would say it was a decent stay and you get what you pay for
Pros:

Location for the reason we were visiting was perfect. Also, plenty of food establishments around that were within walking distance.

Cons:

I didn’t like about the property was that it seems that there has been a lot of wear and tear which isn’t their fault however, when staying our room was not cleaned the first time so we found an old Taco Bell drink underneath our bed however staff were able to correct the situation when we went to go ask for our room to be clean no questions asked

We like the convenience of the location.
Pros:

We like to get the same room when we come. We find the room to be very comfortable.

Cons:

We stay there every other month for about two days, we both agree the breakfast could use some improvements

Pros:

Great location, plenty of walkable places to find food and so close to the freeway entrance

Cons:

They only have one ice machine. If you're on the top floor of the lobby building, that ice machine is a football field away

Cons:

Filthy, the pictures are complete and utter lies the property looks nothing like images. Place is filthy smells horrible and a terrible environment. Took a look at the outside entered the room and immediately turned around and left. Front desk worker had an attitude and first thing out of his mouth when I said check me out was no refunds.

Nope. We did not find it to be a 7.7 rating.
Pros:

We were happy to see they had a 7.7 rating so that's why we picked it. We did get the two beds for 3 people.

Cons:

We got there late at night as we drove 6 hours but we didn't stay both nights. We were told they would have to talk to their boss for the second night to get refunded. We checked out before the time of check out so they could easily have it for someone else. The rating was false. I will check in a few days to see if they refunded me. We didn't have breakfast. We left. It was not clean the blow dryer was dirty and once I realized how dirty it was to touch I cleaned it and then washed my hands. The ratings fooled us. You could barely turn around in the bathroom, it was so small. There were 3 of us and we requested a room with 2 beds for 3.

Stayed at comfort in on several occasions each time was pleasant have used standard room plus king suit loved them both
