Excellent Club Service For GF Options
Pros:

We got the club access both nights. We met Shaleen on our second night and she was incredible. She told me about all of the GF options available for breakfast and was so helpful planning the next time we were in town. She was funny and personable and seemed like she enjoyed her job.

This was probably the least comfortable bed I've had in this hotel in the years I've been coming. But the room was clean and cared for. I would recommend checking the quality of the mattresses a bit more often but the customer service was great.

Pros:

It is a Nice hotel, pretty huge and has good restaurants and lounge in it, clean rooms. I Definitely would revisit very soon

Overall very good value for money.
Pros:

Large comfortable rooms with great views.

Cons:

No play area for kids. Little to no vegan/vegetarian options at breakfast. Had to dine out.

Overall, I was pleased.
Pros:

the customer service was amazing. I am disabled and the front desk person realized it and changed my room as it was only stair access. He placed me by the elevator as well. I truly appreciated his efforts.

Cons:

The air conditioner wasn't working. It was super-hot and stuffy. I dropped the temperature down to 66 and I was sweating all night.
