Dimond Center Hotel

Best place to stay in Anchorage. Everytime we come to the big city we stay at the Dimond Hotel. I want to give big shout to Susan that was doing the breakfast. Top notch she was very kind and polite. 5 stars to Susan.

It was a great stay, very clean and staff was very helpful. Especially Susan in the kitchen area.

The staff was professional, very pleasant, helpful and made our stay there feel like we were staying with family!
They are happy in the work they do to make our stay so enjoyable.
Their shuttle drivers are amazing, the manager make sure you are getting what you need.

Nice bathtub, clean room, very friendly front desk staff, easy parking

I stay regularly at the dimond center hotel. The service is the same but the prices have tripled. Actually the service is worst. The breakfast is mediocre and you don’t have any half and half for coffee. When I asked for some, I was told the hazelnut stuff was the same. Not happy this time.

I like being next to walmart n the mall

Location was the absolute best!! Great view of mountains and had food and shopping nearby. Atmosphere was great thanks to the manager that was there every evening I was there. Rooms were the only issue. Bathroom door handle was coming off. Value was still worth it!

We had a lovely stay. We want to mention Cordero and Rose who are on your staff. They were amazing and deserve recognition. They were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The room was great, quiet, clean, and spacious. Thank you!

Susan provided excellent service and food every morning

Our stay was great. Our room is very clean. All the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was great! Susan always make sure that there's food in the trays and doesn't run out of coffee.

I’m mostly writing this review because the parking attendant Cordero is the most helpful and attentive person. He helped me find my phone in a massive snow bank and I couldn’t be more grateful. It was way beyond the call of duty. Thank you Cordero!!

My sister and I needed a last minute place to stay and the Dimond Center Hotel was exactly what we needed! The rooms were so clean and spacious but the best part was the staff! Miss Jeralynn was working the front desk when we arrived and so dang nice, I could hardly believe it! She was funny and professional, and so, so helpful. She went so far above and beyond to accommodate us, even when we asked to switch rooms (which I have never done before) because of some noisy neighbors. She did not hesitate to help us and she did it in such a friendly way, it made me go to the closest store and get her a little sweet treat for her next shift. She is very, very good at what she does! Afi was working the night shift and was equally as kind and helpful. These women are quality in their field and because of them, this place will be my go-to when I’m in Anchorage for work or fun. Thank you, ladies, for making our stay so great! Legends, both of you!
Also, the potato nuggies at breakfast were AMAZING!

very good staff and clean room, lobby. friendly staff and housekeepers. Happy for the walk in freezer that is available to guest. Ride to and from airport are a huge plus. overall it was a great experience and stay at the hotel

Comfortable beds, big rooms, large tub

It is accessible. Accommodating staff. The breakfast is amazing! We enjoyed our stay.
