Pros:

Posizione centrale. Ottima colazione. Camera spaziosa (al secondo piano). Unico difetto bagno piccolissimo.
In camera c'era sempre una caraffa con acqua, bollitore con the, caffe, lattini e dei biscotti.

Overall nice for a one-night stay in London
Pros:

The reception and brasserie staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is quite small but clean. The complimentary breakfast is really nice.

Cons:

Not sure if it’s just my room, but the wall between the room and the hallway is super thin. The floor is probably old too and very creaky and I could hear the guests upstairs at night very clearly. Overall it wasn’t too big an issue for me personally, but those more sensitive to noises might be affected.

L'albergo è carino, accogliente, pulito e corrisponde a quanto visto in foto. Il bagno moderno e pulito.
La Posizione è ottima centrale e silenziosa, vicina alla stazione di Victoria a metro e autobus, 5 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Essendo una casa Vittoriana le stanze non sono particolarmente silenziose, soprattutto per i rumori interni.
La colazione è alla carta, ma la scelta è limitata. Se si soggiorna per più di 4 giorni di fatto si esauriscono le proposte del menu.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è del tutto soddisfacente.

Comfortable room/bed and a super breakfast. Would visit again.
Pros:

Great breakfasts, comfortable bed and room overall. Stayed in the deluxe double which was a nice size. Nearest underground station within 15/20 mins.

Sólo eran simpáticos los que preparaban el desayuno. La recepción fatal, cero ayuda.

Lovely small boutique hotel in london.
Pros:

Lovely building. Very comfortable beds. Excellent full breakfast. The owners were very gracious and friendly. So glad we stayed here rather a generic new hotel. Wonderful quiet neighborhood close to victoria tube station.

Pros:

It was a gem of a place.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast choice was great and very tasty- the staff at breakfast were all super friendly, efficient and helpful. The area was quiet and close to some quirky shops.

Nothing really. Couldn't fault it.

Hemos estado 3 dias en Londres y sin duda este es el mejor hotel donde hemos estado. a 10minutos de Victoria, es decir genial para moverse al aeropuerto y metro. Está en una calle tranquila y silenciosa perfecta para descansar. La habitación tiene para tomar cafe, secador de pelo, tv etc. Lo mejor: el personal, no hablamos mucho inglés y no hemos podido interactuar demasiado, pero todos los de recepción y el personal del desayuno hay sido super amables. El desayuno es muy completo y hemos podido combinar algunos platos entre ellos y nos han proporcionado fruta fresca. Sin duda volveremos allí la próxima vez que vayamos a Londres. Gracias por todo!

Cozy hotel for really short stays!
Pros:

The hotel is very cozy, with a family like feel to it. The staff are nice and are very welcoming especially at breakfast time. The rooms are clean

Cons:

The room we had was very small, especially the bathroom which was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel. The sink was tiny. The sound isolation is not great, we could hear people moving around the hotel as well as people snoring from the floor above. Windows also did not block the noise so well but thankfully noises from outside remained very quiet after 10pm.
Lastly the rooms need updating.
