Quaint hotel, great staff and comforting atmosphere

Nettes, gut gelegenes Hotel in gepflegter Wohngegend.
Gut angebunden, ruhig, sauber und gut geführt.
Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Am letzten Morgen mussten wir länger auf einen Tisch im Frühstückscafé warten, da auch Gäste von außerhalb dort frühstücken können.
Wurde durch den aufmerksamen und netten Service wieder wett gemacht.

I will definitely come back for the great breakfast and awesome experience.
Pros:

Location was central, staff were friendly and helpful, room for 3 was comfortable. The 3rd person usually gets a foldout bed but here I got a full single bed. Wonderful!

Pros:

Staff were friendly and polite and helpful. Location is great 15 min walk to Victoria station. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was basic but comfortable clean and had everything we needed.

Pros:

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter – wirklich top!

Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, da das Hotel ganz in der Nähe der Victoria Station liegt und somit perfekt angebunden ist.

Das Frühstückskonzept ist etwas anders als erwartet: Statt eines Buffets gibt es frisch zubereitete Speisen. Das war zwar gut, allerdings haben wir ein klassisches Buffet ein wenig vermisst (vor allem Dinge wie Ei, Honig oder Marmelade 😄).

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mysigt litet familjehotell i lugnt område med bra standard som ligger centralt och nära bra transporter!
Pros:

Läget är superbra nära till Victoria station med tåg till/från Gatwick men också tunnelbana och bussar. Litet trevligt familjehotell med trevligt bemötande och bra service. Bra rum!

Cons:

Lite stressigt ibland på frukosten som serveras vid bord vilket är mycket trevligt men blir lite ont om tid ibland trots snabbt arbete av personalen.
