Pros:

Giovanni was especially friendly and professional. He is an excellent ambassador to greet people and check them in as they enter the hotel.

My room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was also quite pleased at how quiet it was at bedtime. I expected more noise in downtown Phoenix, so the quiet was an unexpected bonus.

Cons:

The ice machine was out of order.

I’d stay again without any mor remodel
Pros:

Good gym and pool spa and breakfast was great selection and room on 1st floor bonus. FREE Parking!

Cons:

Major remodel going on Lobby to front desk and entrance were closed
Only access was they back door

Met all of our needs, nice place, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Breakfast was delicious. Area is filled with restaurants. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Weekend Nights could be loud since places around are close by. But no big deal.
