Great for a quick stay to see attractions in Phoenix

Overall everything was great, we would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, due to construction, view could be better

Cons:

Inform or remind the guests about the about the $50/$60 incentive charge when checking in and the parking fee.

Pros:

I liked that breakfast had nuts with oatmeal and there was oatmilk, with more healthy options for eggs, etc. That was nice. It was an easy check in and comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy fridge, but it seems all fridges in rooms are noisy. Other than that, it was fine.

A comfortable stay - could use a bit of a refresh -- but other than that it was just fine!
Pros:

We thought the breakfast was just fine! It met our expectations

Cons:

They were carpeting the 3rd floor which was a bit noisy as we were on the 2nd floor - but it was not too noisy so that was okay
