Nasty as the owners attitude...

Upon my arrival 30 minutes after my reservations being made I was made aware my reservation had been canceled accidentally. Why? Because a transient man had upset the owner somehow before my arrival. I offered my apologies and explained I don't know him. She explained it was a mix up but I was so ehausted and felt bad for the man. I told her that her nasty attitude toward him and myself was outrageous and uncalled for. For her to work on her customer service and went to Speedway Inn down the road for $10 more.
