Pros:

Location,the cleaning lady was very nice (gave me extra coffee) rooms were updated(not old thick bed covers like pic),besides bathroom. room was clean

Cons:

No pool, was just covered,didn't look good. I got up early and ran out of coffee the first day and had to wait for the office to open to get more. Should just be able to grab or something. I know it's not a 4 or 5 star,but if I wake up early I'm supposed to wait for coffee? They seemed to forget it's a customer service job. If u want people to come back, something as simple as coffee could do it. I was told we r not a 5 star,so basically deal with it. He eventually did but should be more open if u want return customers.

Pros:

Was unablebto stay. I rented it for my son but he said the lady was so rude he just wasn't going to stay there. I understanding would have to pay for 1st night stay. I would like to be reimbursed for the 2nd night. I called numerous times but no one answered the phone. I emailed also. Got a reply that she couldn't email back. That lady needs reprimanded in some way. Very unsatisfied with the service.

A pleasant stay in Collinsville!
Pros:

New owner very pleasant. Room was clean and bed was very comfy!
New shower has been installed and new towels!

Cons:

Curtain was raggedy and needs replacing. Freezer in the dorm fridge needs defrosting!

Wasn't the cleanest place there was holes in the walls the floor caused our socks to be black it's not sn updated facility no wifi advertising a pool and its not even available to use
