la ubicación del cuarto nos tocó en planta baja, enfrente del elevador, a un lado del cuarto de servicio y de la máquina de hielos - no logramos descansar en las noches; y, al solicitar al personal que nos cambiaran de cuarto, nos comentó que todo el hotel estaba lleno que no se podía - por lo que, el objetivo de nuestros días de descanso en el hotel no se cumplieron - 2 noches sin descanso, sin el apoyo del personal por cambio de cuarto. No recomiendo a nadie pasar por esta experiencia.

Management problems
Pros:

Management needs training. Front desk agent and assistant manger was I. The office instead of helping guest. This location is understaffed, but front desk agent and assistant manger can sit in the office and not help guest. I guess they are doing that to run business off.

Started with the room that we booked was disgustingly dirty in the bathroom that the whole room

Room could of been in better shape bathroom old moldey and worn out so had to get a different room that didn't have 2 beds only a pull out couch not what I paid for
