Too short a stay.
Pros:

The hotel was bright, clean, well staffed, and had a good flow of guests in and out. It felt safe. The pool is situated just off of the reception lobby. Brightly lit, busy. Not tucked in a darkened corner. It felt accessible to anyone, not just for romantic couples. The bed was so comfortable.
I wish I could have stayed longer.
I checked in after the buffet dinner was over, and left before the breakfast buffet started. I was thankful you had the kitchen and bar open late.

Cons:

It wasn't free?🤣🤣🤣

Pros:

The parking lot. That's the only clean place in the WHOLE BUILDING!

Cons:

Worst hotel experience ever. I could not get past the smell of mold that ran through the entire building, the blanket on the bed was plastic, it made a loud plastic crinkling sound everytime we moved during the night. The carpet was dirty and there were two black bugs in the shower when we arrived. NEVER AGAIN.

Pros:

We thought the staff was exceptional, friendly helpful. We really enjoyed the 5:30 snack time buffet.
Breakfast was great!

Pros:

We do stay often! We enjoy swimming, having the free dinner and breakfast with our stay. Staff is great!

Cons:

Minor damages found in the room from previous people, worried that we might get charged for that. Long lines at elevators. Will say Pool area is small & tends to be over crowded. When the lady was yelling for everyone to get out due to weather everyone and their families were panicking and rushing out. The floors were soaked due to people fleeing from the pool and again we had to wait several times to finally get to our room.
