The property staff was great

Cons:

the room was nasty stains everywhere damage everywhere the bathroom door was missing one whole side of the door Stained sheets floors was dirty when initially entering the room there seemed to be a mirror with white residue on it on a shelf on the entertainment stand main door to the room Unsecure seems to be damaged from forced entry multiple times had to use a bath towel to stop the cold air coming in from the bottom of the door room seemed to have not been properly cleaned in a while but I will say there were NO bedbugs or roaches SO also, the nightly rate, for the poor condition of the room was insanely too high

Cons:

I booked a smoking room for September 2nd and was told they had a non-smoking room ready and I could smoke outside the room i refused and was moved. The room was deplorable..
I was put in a room waiting to be cleaned at 3:30pm with a Door that didn’t abut the casing, window drape was moth eaten, bureau didn’t have drawers that fit, shower curtain held up by screws sticking out of the wall..

Highly do NOT recommend, was only there for 1 night thank God!
Cons:

Our outside light didn't work, light by TV didn't work, bathroom light didn't work, black mold on bathroom wall, bathroom door didn't close, air conditioner cover was so dusty and dirty we were afraid to turn it on, fridge was not plugged in so couldn't use it, mirror above sink was dirty.

Nice accommodations for the price.
Pros:

Convenient to things in Salem and Roanoke that I wanted to do. Very reasonably priced. Quiet and bed was very comfortable.

Que había cama.

Cons:

Al llegar las sábanas estaban sucias y con pelos de animal. Las cambiaron y las que pusieron tenían agujeros de colilla. El baño también estaba sucio y con algunos bichos.

The price was the only thing good at this place.

Cons:

My room had a broken door frame where the latch was still attached but useless. You could pull the frame of door off by pulling the latch if you wanted to 😂. Holes in the walls, some lights didn't work. Bathroom door was busted as well. Place was smelly, Ect
