Not bad enough to go through the hassle of changing hotels. But, this place is a dump. You’ll want to wear shoes in your room- the carpet is so gross

Amazing atmosphere and location

I was at the hotel for the weekend and Ms.Kay was the best she was patient with the Guest a guest want to put some people out of the pool because of the race and Kay was very nice and polite to them by telling them no without saying no. And I thought that was very good and respectful to both parties Kay needs a raise.

I had stayed overnight a few times for business endeavors. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a great nights sleep accompanied by a refreshing breakfast. Karla was very nice at the front desk. She answered all questions and provided us our amenities while being professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at The Crown Plaza for any sort of stay, long or short.
