Staybridge Suites Elkhart North by IHG

This hotel was a bit confusing as it had a "U-shaped" floor plan. When going downstairs to gather the luggage, the manager offered to show us how to maneuver around. Kudos to him. Overall, a good stay. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Would consider returning.

Arrived late after a late night college football game, and walked in to find that our two queen room as stated on the reservation, had been given away. We were in turn given a stinky, smoky, single King room with a cigarette burned pull out single bed (3 person room) for our family of four. To top things off, the front desk attending rudely hung up on me, after I requested bedding to fit the cigarette burn pull out.
I’ve stayed at more good-to-excellent IHG hotels then I can count, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay again at a “Staybridge”. Terrible.

Room was very nice with exceptional space for moving around. The kitchenette was nice when we brought our dinner back to eat in.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying there again.

I love staying at this hotel but so far every time ive stayed the deposit goes up!!!!! This time i was told the deposit was 250.00!!!!! The time before that it was only 10.00 and the other time it was 100.00!!!! Thats the only problem i have with this hotel! 250.00 for a deposit is RIDICULOUS! I TOLD HER I ONLY HAD A 150.00 SO SHE TOOK THAT BUT THATS CRAZY

The hotel is large and there are various amenities which we appreciated! The hotel is dated and it seems like they are trying to save money by being stingy with items. For instance, we only had two towels for our room that could accommodate four people, we had one spoon and one fork. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa until we asked and then we had to go and wait for the front desk to find some for us. A portion of molding just dropped off the bottom of the counter during our stay and there was a weird stain or growth in the bathtub that was gross. There was also no sponge to wash our one dish with although there was dishwashing liquid. Other than the weird spot in the tub the room was clean and comfortable.

Loved how spacious the room was. The pool was nice but it was not easy getting in and out. I had to swipe my card multiple times and the doors to get outside were not working. You had to place a rock in the doorway to enter back in. The staff was very nice and there was quite a variety for breakfast. Other than the pool issues, it was very nice!

Excellent price for what we got and with allowing pets.

My wife and I were passing through. Our stay went well the only complaint was there were a few molded areas around the soap dishes. Otherwise our stay was not bad.

We appreciated the amazing staff for being so nice, helpful and attentive. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms and facilities were nice, clean and well kept and/or maintained. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

We kind of stumbled upon this hotel, just needing a place to stay for two nights while in town to pick up our RV from service. B
We were pleasantly surprised to find it was onee of the greatest hotels we've ever been to for the price. We've stayed in "luxury" conference hotels that werent nearly as nice or nearly as big of a room. Then, we found they had complimentary evening social snacks and drinks! Lastly, the breakfast was well above average for a hotel. To top it all off, the staff was friendly and attentive. You cant ask for more from this place.
