Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le fait que personne ne m'a appelé pour me dire qu'il y avait un problème avec la chambre réservée. Je me suis retrouvé relogé dans un hôtel à côté qui n'avait rien à voir au niveau confort et prestations. J'ai demandé un dédommagement on m'a dit que j'avais eu une solution et que je n'aurais rien.

Sejour de 5 nuits. Chauffage en panne j'ai dû dormir habillé la première nuit avant qu'on me trouve un chauffage d'appoint le lendemain car on me dit qu'on ne peut rien faire pour moi, on ne me change pas de chambre, on ne me donne pas de couverture et on me laisse attendre 1h (22h) avant que je ne redescende a la réception et qu'on me dise qu'on ne peux rien faire pour moi avant le lendemain. Refoulement d'égouts le 3eme soir, pas de couverture supplémentaires dans la chambre, pas de plateau bouilloire, téléphone en dérangement donc impossible de joindre la réception il faut descendre du 4eme étage à chaque fois. 15 euros le petit déjeuner pour des produits très bas de gamme et largement discredités par l'équilibre alimentaire et peu de choix. Pas de possibilité de boire un verre sauf des sodas. Entre le bar et le petit déjeuner je pense que cet hôtel cible une clientèle d'adolescents. Très mauvaise expérience de 5 nuits.

Pros:

Quarto muito pequeno, bom apenas pra quem está viajando sozinho. Banheiro minúsculo. Se vc vai viajar com muita mala não é uma opção bacana, pois não tem espaço para colocar nada. Viajamos com 1 mochila cada um e foi difícil nos organizarmos. A pia do banheiro e muito pequena e quase impossível de lavar o rosto sem molhar o chão. Pra quem tem disposição pra andar, está localizado a 30 minutos da torre e tem uma estação de metrô a menos de 5 minutos caminhando.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto, pequeno demais.
