Gentilissimo il ragazzo alla reception, ci ha tenuto i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out e dato da possibilità di usare il bagno pubblico all'ingresso prima che la stanza fosse pronta. Camera sempre profumata, letto rifatto e asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía y fue un placer alojarse aquí

La atención y el servicio fue buenísimo, la gente de recepción muy amable. El desayuno muy bien y completo. Siempre encontramos todo limpio lo cual es importante.

La cordialità del personale soprattutto in reception

Cons:

La camera al nostro arrivo era pulita ma durante il soggiorno veniva rifatto il letto, cambiati gli asciugamani ma il pavimento risultava polito superficialmente.

Perfect.
Pros:

We had two rooms. Nice rooms, quiet environment. Several forms of public transport are easily accessible. The crew was helpful and friendly. There was a bakery and a shop in the area as well.

Cons:

There was not any problems, perhaps there could have been some cold cuts at breakfast, too.

Good location, clean place but room very small
Pros:

The location ! Close to Eiffel Tower, metro and little bars. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

Room was very small !!! But if you plan to book just to have a place to sleep is ok. If you have a big suitcase or can be hard to open if. And no wardrobe.
Also, I haven’t got any informations before, I’ve tried to called them to make sure that the reception was still open at 3am and noby answered. We were waiting 5 min in front before we had seen someone coming to do the checkin. We are a bit scared to be outside all night.
