Breakfast times were excellent .. it offered flexibility to attend breakfast up to 10:30am.

It was a lovely experience.. I have no complaints other than perhaps the price of alcohol in general at the bar.

Pros:

Closeness to town and venues . Everything was within walking distance

Cons:

Room service . Either pizza or sandwiches @ 22:30 in the evening . Very poor especially as there was nowhere else to eat at this time in town .

I do not recommend staying at the property.
This hotel certainly does not meet 4-star standards, especially regarding hygiene and the behavior of the staff.
In our bathroom, there were obvious signs of wear and tear and stained towels, or dirty?
The worst happened at the pool. I asked the pool reception if they had shampoo in the showers and was told they did.
In the showers, they actually only have a dispenser, rarely full, of FOAM. It's neither shower gel nor shampoo, but a foam that's impossible to wash with. My wife had to go back to the room to get shampoo for our daughter, in a cup, as we were traveling as a family. The pool reception didn't provide any shampoo, and the girl I contacted kept saying "sorry about that" with an annoyed expression.
