Ideal Location for Public Transport
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed nice and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool.
Breakfast was lo Ely and very well laid out.

Cons:

Smoke alarm that went off at 12.40am but thankfully didn't stay on for long..Told it was a. Very sensitive alarm

Ein tolles Hotel mit leichten Schwächen beim Wasser.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut zentral, die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck der Toilette war mitunter sehr schwach und das Wasser aus der Leitung hatte einen starken Chlorgeruch.

Location - breakfast staff.

Cons:

Alarm went off at 12:00 at night without explanation. Water in bathroom was alternately dangerously hot or lukewarm. Off hand greeting on arrival.

Wonderful stay. Friendly and welcoming staff with all amenities available

Location was great. Short walk into the town which was lovely. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options.

Nice but they need quite hours
Pros:

Good location for walking around the medieval city. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

First night there it was very loud because of a wedding also being held at the hotel. Don't know if that was usual for a Saturday night but there were a lot of rowdy people making noise until 4 am
