Pros:

The location was perfect, basically in town. With parting right outside. Staff were very helpful! Over all very pleasant stay. Also, I left an items behind and they were so good to post it to me. They were helpful when I was trying to locate it. Very nice and helpful staff.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The Ormonde is extremely comfortable with very professional and helpful staff. Stayed in triple room with friends which had ample space. Breakfast choices were great.

Would def use again for location and the pool kids loved it.

Very enjoyable relaxing stay
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions over the years and I have to say it’s my favourite hotel in Kilkenny.
I love the location, the staff are so helpful and polite the rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast is delicious everything from the full Irish to the continental and more!

Friendly central hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely stay recently. The pool was great for the kids with a nice depth kids pool. Breakfast was lovely too. Everyone was very friendly too.

Wonderful place to rest while adventuring around Kilkenny!

Pros:

I had a amazing experience with the hotel and the staff.
I unfortunately had an accident just before I checked in. All I will say is the Manager and all the staff saved the day.

The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of the city.
The car park is across the road.
Food was excellent, breakfast Lunch and dinner.
As I was unable to work the room service was a lifesaver.

All the staff were outstanding 👏

Great location with good Gym and pool facilities.noisy and overpriced for what you get .

Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the standard of the house keeping
1. Toilet not cleaned and under Toilet seat was stained
2. Glass over bath was left with water dripping off it across Toilet and on to floor (health and safety)
3.Fittig around water drain in sink needs a brush to be cleaned also grout around sink and granite dirty. I wet a tissue and dirt came off it with no effort on my part.
4. Waste bin in bathroom was all rusted.
Receptionist efficient but could do with smling
To conclude the stand didn't meet the cost
