موقع الفندق مركزيّ، الغرفة واسعة ومريحة، الحمام ممتاز والإضاءة فاجأتني بشكل إيجابيّ،
استمتعت بالإقامة لهذا أنصح بزيارة الفندق.

اشتريت بعض المشروبات من الفندق وأردت أن أدفع نقدًا لكنّهم طلبوا أن يكون الدّفع عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان.

Il miglior albergo che ho provato vicino alla stazione Centrale di Napoli,finora.
Pros:

Posizione.
Bella camera ma non c' è il frigo.

Non c' è il frigo in camera: almeno nella mia.
Se mi fossi comprato qualcosa fuori,e avessi dovuto conservarlo in frigo, avrei dovuto chiedere alla reception di conservarmelo.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, everywhere very accessible.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Very little really. More a suggestion than anything. For those that leave their luggage after check out, for a late flight, that if there was shower facilities that would be a big bonus. Especially after walking Naples all day in the heat.

Hotel bun, zona de evitat
Pros:

Camera foarte mare pentru lanțul Ibis. Micul dejun bun pentru Italia. Liniște, camera bine antifonata, deși treceau trenuri nu se auzea nimic.

Cons:

Zona gării este cea mai raufamata din tot orașul. Lipsa frigiderului în camera, am putut lăsa alimente la frigiderul din recepție. Lipsa sapunului lichid din baie, recipientul nu a fost reumplut pe timpul șederii. Mocheta foarte imbacsita, murdara, ar trebui înlocuită sau schimbata cu ceva ce se poate curata mai ușor (ex. Parchet).
