A great place to stay if you are visiting Lexington Horse Park and local arenas
Pros:

Close to main roads and also to Lexington Horse Park.
Bathroom had all the facilities we required.
Breakfast excellent and close to local diners.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the facilities — especially the breakfast — met my expectations
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The front desk staff did not appear particularly enthusiastic, and greetings were not consistently offered when guests entered or exited. In other hotels where I have stayed, the front desk team has been notably courteous and welcoming.

It was a good nights sleep and convenient for our trip.
Pros:

Location and parking, efficient and congenial staff

Cons:

Bathroom renovations looked roughshod, room door opens visible to first bed, runny eggs at breakfast (and partially frozen hard boiled egg)

Amazing location, great price, and will stay again.
Pros:

The property was clean and very updated. In a fantastic location. Didn’t have to travel far to the Horse Park. Had dinner just across the highway at Sedona Taphouse. The food was amazing. That staff was wonderful and helpful. And breakfast was great!

Cons:

Our only complaint was due to the fact that the hotel was completely full the children running around upstairs was slightly annoying.
