Pros:

I think that this place does a great job for what it is. Its location is not ideal being near the Dane county landfill. However, they had breakfast ready early everyday I stayed there, I came back to my room to fresh linens/towels/soap/etc, and my bed was made. The continental breakfast offerings were alright (biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffle press, juice, coffee, etc). To me, it feels like they're really trying to run a legit hotel operation and they care about their customers. Take it for what it is but at least they are doing the little things right

I wasn’t expecting good, but it was just bad

Cleaning/maintenance staff were nice

Cons:

Booked 5 nights. Mold in/on the toilet. Not stained, mold. They were not willing to change my room because it was fully booked the next day, but there were empty rooms that night. Said “it will be cleaned tomorrow”. Administrative staff changed my room from a king to a full. Was told “because you’re one person”.

A few things that I mentioned above if you can address and I plan to stay there again when I am in.
Pros:

I liked the price, and I liked the quiet. Not a lot of people around my room

Cons:

I had to leave the hotel for my conference each day, before the breakfast was served. So I never got to experience the great breakfast that I heard about, The ironing boards are totally too small and impractical. You need a fitness center also,

The staff were very professional and cordial. The room was prepared for us early and the pool was clean and refreshing.

Would not stay again.
Cons:

Smell of cleaners in room was strong and unpleasant. Could see mop swirls on the floor. The breakfast was not great and one in party had some mild digestive issues afterwards. Seemed more like a truckers motel, not as comfortable as was hoped.

Location..end of a mile long dead end road.
A car was stopped with doors open. Stopped in middle of one lane road along parking area.
One lady dancing with a booze bottle near door to a room.
No one at checkin area. Although this was around midnight. I pushed a service button,
A customer said that I should call a posted phone number. Lady answered phone and said someone would be there in 15 min. We waited the 15 minutes, noone showed. We didn' feel comfortable. We left and drove to another place to stay.

Absolutely horrible, worst place I’ve ever thought about staying.
Pros:

There was literally nothing good about this place. I checked in with my 5 year old and my 4year old nephew and checked out an hour later. There was absolutely no way I was staying there with two children.

Cons:

Where to even begin, very run down. The room looked “okay” at a glance, but the more time you spent in it the worse it got. When I opened the shower door it smelled like a mouse or something died in there and was left to decay. Then taking my kids outside to let my sister and brother in and there were people sitting on the sidewalk pointing and purposely making us feel uncomfortable. When we get back into the room there was a sign on one of the doors saying for your safety to initiate all three locks on the doors. We checked out an hour after checking in and lost the money we paid because of the non refundable rates. But no way was I keeping small children there.
