Americas Best Value Inn Monroeville

The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable the manager and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating to whatever need you have if you're staying just for a night or long-term they will work with you in any way they can it's conveniently located Walmart is maybe half a mile up the road there's a restaurant right around the corner called AJ's which is really good so overall at 10 out of 10 I would recommend anyone to stay here you won't be disappointed

5 location safe stay was comfortable staff is excellent and overall budget friendly. The lady at the counter was super friendly. I got a king room, exactly like I had reserved. I had also requested a 1st floor room on my reservation and they responded a day later that my request was granted. This was the first time ANY hotel/motel had responded to my request with a follow-up email. The room was very nice, the bed oh so comfortable. Big screen TV. Nicely remodeled room. Breakfast in the morning was a little sparse, but it was OK. The price was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend the America's Best Value Inn in Monroeville

Terrible experience. Picture of this hotel does not match reality! I came there with my son to stay one night in trip to Pensacola. They had only one chair inside to sit, however manager gave as second chair. No microwave oven as advertized. LIght was not working. No free breakfast as well. Floor was damage with excuse of remodeling. Most important aircondition unit was old and weak so it was hard to properly sleep. Terrible experience. I recommend to forget and avoid this hotel. For $67 we could not even sleep properly. Bathroom and shower was clean - only one positive event.

Sheets was dirty cover with hair bugs crawling around the room plus had people walking around looking in can not safe at all

After a long day of work we got to the premises to find the door lock and nobody to talk to
Waited for a while call the front desk with no answer finally tired of wait we leave the premises and moved to a different place.
They still got the nerve to charge me
I will never again use Expedia or stay at Americas Best value

The property was terrible! As soon as I got there I peeped in the window and saw that the room was dirty. The covers, chair, tub, & fridge were all dirty. Then a few hours into my stay one of the guests hit & damaged my car & tried to lie about it & the police had to be called & the staff was no help! Be careful staying here seems like a lot of illegal activity going on!! My overall stay was terrible and I would never stay here again!

I had a couple of issues but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to try to resolve it. Dont eat at Huddle House across the street they suck and are nasty

This is a perfectly fine hotel for the money. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient for our needs.

I paid for a room that I did not stay in. The hotel was too far from my location. I didn’t know the city. I called Expedia and the hotel and was told I can cancel but will not be refunded. I had to then pay for another hotel. I called hotel and the manager said that she could not refund me for I did not pay her I paid Expedia . She also added that Expedia only paid her $50. She said if I would’ve booked directly, she would have refunded me. It wasn’t like I paid a thousand dollars but I don’t have money to burn. I will never recommend or use Expedia again.

It was very nasty, hair was every where, sheets were NOT clean. She took me to three different rooms and all of them were nasty. Please don’t book here!

The reason I booked this hotel was because it had good reviews. I have nothing good to say about this place. It was very dirty when we checked in.I had to stand out in cold windy weather to check in. Then I was too tired to do anything but lay down. The bathroom was dirty both the bathtub and shower curtain looked like it had not been cleaned since 1970. The sheets were dirty and had holes burned in them. From the beginning it did not feel safe. One night people in one of the rooms fought all night long. To the point where the cops had to be called. Another night there were loud thumps from another room all night long. Beware they are not dog friendly. Dog friendly does not mean you charge 400.00.No this was not a deposit. It cost me more to stay in this place than any of the nice places I stayed in for 3 weeks before this horrible place.

It was filthy not cleaned. Mold on and in the refrigerator. Sheets with holes in them and toilet bowl was brown from stains.

Was unable to make it to motel. Got to late couldn't drive that far.
