An extremely pleasant and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant and quiet. No large foyer as in many hotels, which I find far less stressful. The staff are extremely pleasant. We’ve stayed a few times and all the apartments are very comfortable, spacious and clean and well set out. The kitchen is excellent. A short walk to Redfern Station.

Nothing.

シティサークルが止まる駅から近く便利な場所だった。部屋も大きく、４人でくつろげた。

Cons:

キッチングッズ、特にまな板、包丁、フライパンが良くなかった。フライパンはすぐに焦げついた。包丁はスイカすら切れなかった。

Had everything we needed and more! We’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

Staff were very warm and welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed. Spacious studio apartment that was extremely clean and close to great places to eat and shop. Walking distance to theatres at Seymour Centre.

Pros:

Great Area, goodcfood options, easy to access transport and sightseeing, good pool, general positive vibe

Cons:

Lacking in cooking utensils. That was the only downside. Especially a proper spatula, struggled with fried eggs.

Pros:

Central location, nice and bright apartment. Comfortable beds .

Cons:

Chairs in the apartment have seen better days and need replacing . Loud music and teenage girls party in the pool and courtyard spoilt the ambience of the apartments. I complained but nothing was done , we could've at least been warned about this. Lack of teabags on a daily basis .

Pros:

The location is excellent for people who want to stay around somewhere quiet but not too far from CBD. It's close to UTS so the foodie places and groceries are not far. The neighbourhood and community are peace and covered with greenery, walking on the pedestrian every morning and dawn with my parents was chill and one of the most peaceful moments I have.

The suite, room, beds are spacious for three people to stay (My dad commended the room once he steped in). The suite comes with a balcony and kitchen facilities are considerate for family that wants to do some easy cooking.

The staff at reception are very friendly and keen to help, they also provide some drinks and timtam biscuits at reception.

Cons:

There is only one drawdown if I had to say, we had two housekeeping staffs, I appreciate one of them being patient and friendly. However, the other one seemed like giving nonchalant and cheeky attitude when he came to do housekeeping, left cleaning work unfinished and slammed doors to make noise. This can be cool in personal life while bring such attitude to work won't show any professionalism and respect to people. Other staffs are pretty nice and respectful though :)

Schön für ein paar Tage in Sydney, mit Abstrichen für die Lage
Pros:

Schönes modernes Apartement-Hotel mit täglichem Service. Nettes Personal. Schöner Garten. Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Café direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Es könnte insgesamt etwas besser gepflegt sein.
Die Lage ist ok, allerdings nicht sehr zentral. Paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahnstation Redfern.
Wenig Möglichkeiten für Geschäfte oder gute Restaurants. Studentische Gegend.

Pros:

시드니인점을 고려해보면 가격대비 방이 넓었고 작은 주방도 있어서 간단히 장봐서 요리 해먹기도 좋고 너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 걸어서 7분거리에 역이 있었고 시내랑도 멀지 않은 위치라 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 다음에 시드니에 온다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다!

Cons:

한가지 아쉬운 건 숙소에 엘리베이터가 없어서 이층까지 캐리어를 들어야했던건데 짐이 많으시다면 0층 방을 미리 요청하시는게 좋을 듯 합니다.

A great place to stay in Sydney!
Pros:

Good location - close to shopping and transport , large one bedroom apartment,large accessible balcony, helpful staff, quiet on most days and nights (four night stay).

Cons:

Two minor maintenance issues - the wand for the living room heavy curtain was not attached, and the bathroom sink tap was very hard to turn on and off and was noisy.
