Cramped, a little rude, not dirty but nothing I am used to from Hilton.
Cons:

Smaller than it appears online. Had a great view of the wall of the building next door. Had to ask for extra towels and was met with rudeness. Kept finding other people’s stuff left.

It was overall an adequate and clean place to stay for a night.
Cons:

The elevators need to be redone, they are very outdated and they are also the slowest elevators I've been on in a long time. Also, the people you have working at the front desk are very blah. They weren't mean, but they certainly weren't friendly either. Didn't make you feel like a "guest" should feel.

Pros:

I've stayed there 3 years in a row for my annual business trip, everything is great! Location is extremely convenient for work, and I love how you can park at your level in the garage and walk right out.

Cons:

Options at breakfast are really good, I love the carnitas. But the same two dishes have been rotating quite some time it would be nice to see more variety and maybe some waffles / pancakes or other sweet options

Pros:

I have got a very beautiful room, big and clean. The breakfast were thinking also about the people with allergies. There were available also overnight oat milk oats and chia pudding. Buts, fresh fruits, tea.. but also tortillas and boiled eggs.. and fresh waffles. The breakfast were very simple but impressive. :)

It was ok wouldn’t stay again just due to the parking
Pros:

I like that I was close to everything and that it had a pool and an outside area that you could sit.

Cons:

My sheets and bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived! We got in late and didn’t want to bother anyone. I had surgery two weeks ago so I slept on the couch. The parking sucked. No elevator for the parking garage. It was hard to find the place at night as well
