Pros:

The bed was lush and comfortable and we got upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet was great and the spa area was a nice touch. We were in a lovely location and the room felt clean and crisp. The staff even let us check in early and check out late.

Amazing service, people, and location!!
Pros:

I love this place so much I always book with this hotel and the people are the nicest you’ll ever meet. So many amenities, the breakfast buffet is HOT and delicious.

Great location and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

We were greeted by pleasant hotel staff at check in and given tickets for both complimentary drink and appetizers and breakfast in the am. Great location next to the River Walk. The rooms were clean & comfortable with good amenities. Nice pool indoor area.

Our stay was ruined because of noise outside our room and phone call from receptionist at 10:40pm!

The woman at the reception was rude. Received a call at around 10:40pm about a noise complaint. We were in bed! Incredible! There was a group of teens making loud chatter outside our room in the stairway late into the night, yet the receptionist called our room about a noise complaint. Unbelievable. Used pool towels were all piled up in the pool room, no clean towels anywhere. “We are out” was the only response to “May I get some pool towels”.
