Enjoyed our trip to Spokane. Hotel was ok. Rates were a bit high, due to state basketball tournament.
Pros:

Proximity to the arena. Friendliness of staff. Customer service was good.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t sufficient. Stayed 5 days. First morning everything was good. Day 2-no sausage, waited about 10 min for eggs to be replenished. Day 3- no sausage again. Day 4-some sausage and potatoes, no eggs. Didn’t even bother going to breakfast on our final morning. Went around an hour before end of breakfast schedule each morning.

Comfortable large suite in convenient location
Pros:

Big comfy room and hotel in great location near Spokane River.

Cons:

There was a community sitting area in front of my room door which was too close when people were sitting there when we were coming and going.

Cheap price and it shows.
Pros:

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

The room was a bit depressing. The walls were bare and drab, the bathroom was exceptionally tiny and the layout for the bathroom and sink was awkward. There was a moldy/mildew smell around the sink. the heater was loud and looked like it had seen better days, the curtains were ripped and shabby, and there were stains on the carpet. It just feels like the place is in serious need of some updating.

Pros:

The location was great we were able to walk all over that is one of the main reasons I booked this room. Great hospitality. The breakfast was decent. We were there for our birthdays. It was a great time. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing that could be better was the water could be hotter.
