Wonderful bed, clean and spacious room, lovely balcony, served warm breakfast
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable which is the hugest compliment from me! A comfortable bed puts you as EXCELLENT in my book.

Cons:

The breakfast lady seemed a bit sad or something. You should check in to see if she's ok and what could make her happier. We weren't sure which foods would be replenished when the serving trays were empty. She seemed bummed out when she shared information with me and other guests. Maybe she had a difficult day.

My top choice of hotels in Spokane!
Pros:

I stay here anytime I visit Spokane! The location is perfect for all the downtown attractions, the room is VERY spacious (even for a toddler) clean & organized. The breakfast is amazing with lots of different options. & the pool/hot tub/sauna is the cherry on top of a perfect stay! ❤️

Great Location
Pros:

Close to conference i was attending and easy to get too. Room was clean and good size

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn't get to go in the pool as it was full everytime we tried to go

Very nice, will stay there again if we visit Spokane.
Pros:

All needs of a traveler were met. We had no gripes. Front deskers were friendly and the room had everything we needed, plus it was nice and quiet. The hotel is also well located in downtown Spokane, close to the beautiful Riverfront.

Cons:

If you can call it a gripe - there was a problem that torpedoed the evening bistro downstairs. The hotel couldn't fix whatever it was, and whipped up the best they could do in the lobby. The problem was fixed by the following morning for breakfast.

Pros:

Potatoes were the only thing I could eat. No turkey sausage option. Can’t eat eggs. No gluten…. I a tough one.

The staff made our stay well worth it!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond! They were great!

Cons:

Boxwood bushes outside the windows smell like cat pee and our room smelled like cat pee.
Drain in sink was clogged.
Walls are very thin.

Cons:

The seems to allow "Finders Keepers" when it comes to guest personal items that are accidentally left behind. Staff uses a third party "lost and found" system to avoid complaints and allow potential theft of guest valueables.
