Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

It’s an old, run down property. Floors, walls, ceilings… Ac, furniture… everything needs an upgrade.

Pros:

The front desk attendant at check-in was nice.

Cons:

There was a strong humid smell in the room, the water temp during showers was inconsistent, the sheet was stained, the pillows were very very flat, the rooms were outdated, the overall maintenance is poor, and the breakfast was sad. They didn't make enough for all the guest

Well...I wouldn't book this again, the overall "population" staying there was diverse.

Well...I wouldn't book this again, the overall "population" that was staying there was comprised of very diverse people. The smell of weed is prevalent and we live it the Netherlands and it was a bit much even for us. It felt unsafe due to the reasons mentioned above. I think they might book rooms by the hour if you know what I mean ;).

I'm glad I stayed here. It is very convenient to get to other places in Tallahassee easily.
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice, and the service was good, too. Plenty of food, kept warm and replenished as needed. My room was clean and staff very cheerful and helpful.

Cheap room but not worth it!
Pros:

Price was better than other places but definitely didn’t offset the fact that the room wasn’t clean. We didn’t eat the breakfast. Late arrival or we would have looked for another place to stay. I did let the staff know when we checked out.

Cons:

Room was not clean!! Toothbrush holder from previous occupant was on sink and neither the counter or sink itself were clean. Toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned either. They had sprayed deodorizing spray to make it smell “clean”.

Pros:

I really like the rooms I like that it was clean . Is very convenient for me because I had to stay on very short notice.

Cons:

I did not like how close to parking was I didn't like some of the staff. I overslept because I got in really late and within 10 minutes if somebody knock on my door they were threatening to call the police to have me kicked out.
