Terrible cleanliness, bad attitude of staff and bad facilities

Everything. Firstly the canceled my booking because of their mistake of sending verification link on wrong email address. Then I had to rebook it for a higher rate.
The staff was not welcoming or helpful. When I needed towels they told me to come down and collect it myself. Also I had an early morning flight so I informed the staff that I may need to checkout early around 5. They told me to tell them exact time.
They did not even give any water and did not have any water fountain or something. They asked me to buy from the market. I was tired and exhausted and had to go and grab it.
The cleanliness was bad, the towels in the room were with blood stains. Room was not clean
