La limpieza, el trato y la cama que era muy amplia y cómoda
Super emplacement dans Paris, tout proche de Pigalle, du Moulin Rouge, du Sacré Coeur. Dans une rue hyper calme, aucun bruit. Les deux chambres étaient climatisées, spacieuses (surtout pour celle de 3 lits simple) avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour. Et le petit déjeuné a ravi tout le monde. Rapport qualité/prix je recommande. Sans oublier tout le personnel qui était agréable. Adresse à garder.
Le calme , la climatisation, le double vitrage
Parfois des personnes ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres et crient la nuit...des clients probablement irrespectueux..ne concerne pas le personnel

L accueil le confort du lit le petit déjeuner
Douche un peu petite et sans reservoir et sans paroi (au moins une côté wc) de douche ce qui fait que l eau de douche allait au pied des wc et du lavabo ce qui rendait le sol glissant et dangereux et le vis à vis très proche avec l immeuble voisin
Personnel sympathique.
Très bon emplacement.
La chambre du rez-de-chaussée dans la cour est à éviter. Pas de vraie fenêtre (hormis la porte). La douche à l’italienne réserve des surprises (l’eau ne s’écoule pas et déborde vite dans toute la salle de bains, voire plus si on n’y prend garde.
La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura: molto comoda per visitare Parigi e ben collegata. Da questo punto di vista siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La camera era semplice e piuttosto piccola, ma nel complesso nella norma per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Parigi.
Purtroppo l’esperienza con lo staff è stata decisamente negativa. Il soggiorno era un regalo e, già prima dell’arrivo, abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il pagamento: non è stato accettato il pagamento tramite Booking e siamo stati costretti a procedere attraverso un link inviato direttamente dalla struttura.
Durante il soggiorno si è poi verificato un problema con l’aria condizionata. Nonostante numerosi solleciti e anche un contatto con Booking per cercare di risolvere la situazione, abbiamo trovato pochissima disponibilità e assistenza da parte dello staff. Alla fine il problema non è stato risolto ma ne ho fatto a meno nonostante il caldo.
Ciò che ha deluso maggiormente, però, è stato l’atteggiamento del personale: poco disponibile, scortese e per nulla orientato ad aiutare il cliente. Considerando che si trattava di un regalo, mi è dispiaciuto particolarmente sapere che chi ha soggiornato nella struttura abbia vissuto un’esperienza così spiacevole. La buona posizione, purtroppo, non è sufficiente a compensare un servizio di questo livello. Personalmente non lo consiglierei.
The stay was very comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and helpful. The room was clean, well-furnished, tidy, quiet, with air conditioning and daily towel changes. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Everything in the room worked perfectly
