Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Warren Detroit

I had a great experience at this hotel! The price was very reasonable for the area, I love that we could park and stay and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to everything we needed, especially the airport. The showers were hot and refreshing after a day of traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby airport, but that’s to be expected given how close it is. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pack earplugs—but honestly, the convenience and service more than made up for it.

Would definitely stay again for the value, location, and warm hospitality!

THIS IS A ROACH MOTEL!! IT LOOKS BAD SMELL BAD CARPET NASTY WENT TO USE THE BATHROOM TURNED TO THE SIDE AND THERE WAS A ROACH LOOKING AT ME. Upon looking in the tub there so many in there. I ran out of there so fast. I almost couldnt pull my pants up. I told my daughter not to pay to examine the room first and she didnt he gave her photos and used my card so i knew we were stuck. But i dont do none of that we slept in my car. How could anyone stay in such deplorable conditions i dont know 🤔

The room was horrible it had not been cleaned thoroughly and the worst part was me falling through the tile floor. I literally stepped on the floor and it caved in cutting my ankle and foot. This hotel should closed immediately everything was terrible.

Could barely open door it was dragging on carpet. The room smelled like gas the heater was on full blast pumping out gas. The floor was filthy and the paint was pealing. We went right to front desk and got a refund and stayed somewhere else!

Horrible

Worst experience in my life. Booked a non smoking, got a nasty, dirty smoking room and the guy had the guts to tell me it was the best room they had!!!! The door could not close properly and it took us almost 15 mins to open it. Don't waste your time or money. I would rather sleep on the street and be eaten by rats than sleep in this place.

Room was like being in bar cigarette smell was so strong my husband and I both had headaches. There were cars pulling up and obviously doing drug deals in parking lot in front of our room. Air conditioning wasn't working to cool the room to make comfortable.

as soon as we opened the door to our room I would swear snoop dogg and about 10 of his friends had just left no more than 5 minutes ago. the floor looked like it was not vacuumed in months .when I took a shower with the shower head at perfect height for somebody well under 5 ft. and turned the water on some kind of weird bugs flew out of the wall plaster that was peeling off of the wall.slept good though. when we came back the next day our room had not been touched except 2 clean towels. the ice cream was still in the freezer from who knows when.so I left my half eaten sandwich in the refrigerator for future archeologists.out of a scale of 1-10 I would have to rate this one at.006

Place is a dump

Worst Experience I've ever had at a hotel
1. Eletricuted when turning on/off lights
2. Room phone didn't work
3. Wifi sucked
4 tv stations were all staticky
5 felt like a drug / hooker hotel women screaming and car doors slamming ever hour or more
6. Bed was like laying on plywood
7. Jacuzzi motor was extremely loud

It wasnt that clean and it had a odor.

The rooom was so bad they should not be chargng to stay there.

Filthy, bugs, noisey, the door wouldn't even latch.

Room was dirty, mold in the fridge, toilet wasn't bolted down so it was a puddle in the bathroom. Shower and tub was filthy but I guess you get what you pay for. Weekly rate was as much as a 4 night stay too. Would have pics but posted them on FB.

The room was not good for the price that they want for it the tub was discussed. The chair was mass up

My husband told me to stay away from that hotel. But I said it is located in Warren I am sure it is better than the other two we stayed in. Guess what I was wrong. The room was doable but I will not do it again. The room stunk , the bathtub was filthy and the floors were utterly gross. My first clue was the sign on the door no refunds after 15 mins and a lady was waiting for a refund and then another family had the guy to show them the room and they decide against. Plus what they ask for the night is a joke. So if this hotel is all one can afford by any means go for it the location is very safe and as I said before it is doable. But if one has a choice don't do it

It was cheap, convenient, and clean. I booked this because it stated breakfast was included, however because it was a holiday(4th of July) they didn't serve breakfast. Disappointed me and my family. They should put that in their site. All and all ok experience. Only stayed one night.

the hotel wasn't very clean

This was the worst motel experience of my life. First off I couldn't open the door. The door doesn't lock both mechanisms were destroyed. The deadbolt was gone and the chain was gone. Second the room smelled okay but it looked like someone had a wwe match in there! There was paint chips all over the place the walls were covered in whatever!!! I turned on the sink and to my surprise a roach hopped out to say hi from the wall. Inspecting my bed I encounter a lovely bedbug on the pillow. This was the end of my trip. I immediately left and found another motel. You get what you pay for is an understatement. I wouldn't want criminals staying in that room. if i could give this a rating i would give this a -10. This place should be shut down. I hope I didn't pickup any bedbugs on the way out.

Roaches, bed bugs, pieces of paint and lead all over the place, a broken door, shady area. Just stay away don't even think about staying here . I would rather sleep out on van dyke road.
