Being on the first floor, the pool, and breakfast experience. Staff was very friendly.
The bed, the room needs a new mattress on both sides.
I liked the room and area. The pool was indoors thats nice. Breakfast was ok but same thing every day sausage, eggs and potatoes. Waffle maker, cereal bar and some muffins. Staff did accomodate 1st floor request in person and that was nice! (Daughter hates elevators).
The shower was not draining called help desk and they said theyd send maintenance out i dont know if they ever came because every time we showered it wouldnt drain! The water was scalding hot like put in middle and it was burning had to put it more towards cold to get warm! My youngest struggled and i had to set water for her showers and like i said it didnt drain so sometimes getting water right meant standing in hot water in tub!
