1. 객실 및 식당
- 직원들의 대응과 서비스가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 또한, 식당 내 식기와 자리의 청결도 역시 높은 수준으로 유지되어 만족했습니다. 객실 역시 시설이 newest는 아니나, 잘 관리되어 사용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 마지막으로, 와이파이도 충분히 빨라 사용에 불편함이 없었습니다.

2. 위치
- 시내 중심에 위치하여 다른 지역으로의 이동이 매우 편리했으며, 주변 Grab, Taxi 기사들도 호텔의 위치를 정확히 알고 있어 이동 시 편리했습니다.

3. 안전
- Security분들이 항시 순찰을 하고, 로비에도 사람이 상시 대기하여 제 때 필요한 서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

가격대비 괜찮은 수준임은 분명하지만, 조식의 종류가 외국인 입장에서는 조금 제한되는 편임에 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 과일들의 당도가 생각보다 높지 않은 경우가 많고, 육류가 조금 적어 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel grandissimo con tutti i servizi!
Pros:

Hotel enorme, dall'esterno sembra un 5 stelle, all'interno è tutto perfetto (solo un po' più datato dell'esterno) ma tutto perfetto: lo staff è estremamente attento e disponibile, la colazione è molto ampia e ottima.
abbiamo cenato qui una sera e tutto perfetto (solo un po' lentini ma tutto preparato espresso e noi non avevamo fretta!)
Grande supporto da parte della reception che ci ha dato supporto con i servizi transfer.
davvero super consigliato. ci sono sempre dei tuk tuk li fuori pronti se si ha bisogno!

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable.
The price was very reasonable. I expect because of the location being a little further out of town.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the location. It was on a very busy room which as quite difficult to cross. I didn't realise that when we booked. Ok if you was leaving the hotlel in a tuk tuk or taxi but not if walking.
