tivemos uma boa experiência. o Hotel era bonito, o check-in foi fácil e o quarto estava bem limpo. tem alguns restaurantes perto, inclusive saímos à pé para jantar. recomendo!!!

Pros:

The strawberry waffles at breakfast were delicious!!

Cons:

The hotel in person advertises as a pet-friendly hotel. I don't believe online does. We have pet allergies. Everything worked out-room was clean, no symptoms-but we would not have been happy if we stayed in a room that smelled like dog.

Overall we were very happy with our stay-loved everything about the hotel.

Nice hotel but a little over priced.
Pros:

It's a clean hotel. I think it's a bit pricey for the stay. Breakfast is ok, don't think it's quite what a lot of other reviews hype it up to be. Within walking distance to historical Saint Augustine which was nice.

Cons:

Didn't know there was going to be a separate charge for parking. I've never had a parking fee at a hotel before.

Pros:

Good newer property, clean, with comfortable beds and decent breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is located around a mile away from the Downtown historic district, so the name is deceptive. Since it is not located in the crowded historic area, I don't understand why they charge $20/day for parking. Some staff were incompetent and couldn't even point the location of the hotel on the map provided to the guests.

Staff is nice but needs serious maintenance

Location is great

Cons:

Doors are all broken. Faucets leaking. Had to move rooms and still had broken doors. Could close the bathroom and had to body slam the entry door to get in to room. House keeps didn’t show up either
