Gwen, the housekeeper always had a smile on her face.. Stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Every thing was fine, except the initial check in. We arrived at 10:30. We were told if we checked in at 10:30, it would be $50.00, extra for an 11:00 check in.????

Cons:

Not paying $20.00, per night for parking. We arrived on a Wednesday, left Friday, and both nights there was Plenty of empty spaces.

Perfect for exploring St. Augustine
Pros:

Excellent location, plenty of parking and easily walkable into the town centre (busy pedestrian route took about 10-15 mins). Room was spacious, with everything you need (mini fridge, coffee etc). Beds were really comfy (even the sofa bed which my two teens used). Little pool out back was a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the town. Complimentary breakfast was fab.

Pros:

There was nothing we didn't love about our stay. Quite, clean, and wonderful amenities. If we are ever in the area again, I would not even consider staying anywhere else.

Pros:

The location was close to many of the sites. You could walk to most of them. There is transportation from the hotel to the main Welcome Center and Back Again. The receptionist at the hotel went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast had the usual choices- bagels, toast, waffles, protein that change daily and my favorite which was the fruit salad.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

Pros:

La chambre correspond aux photos (spacieuse, propre et agréable), le petit déjeuner est copieux (on peut même faire ses gaufres), le personnel est à l'écoute.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une serviette de toilette déchirée et la plaque arrière du mitigeur de la douche n'était pas fixée. Le frigo était bancal, nous l'avons stabilisé. C'est dommage pour ce très bel établissement.

Could have been better for the money.
Pros:

The employees were very nice! The location was good and the hotel was clean and fresh smelling.

Cons:

The water pressure was so low that I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair. The low flow shower head was ridiculous. The breakfast was poor. The hot foods were cold and dried out. (Egg white frittata and potatoes.) I would not stay here again based on these two things. Also the hot tub did not have adequate jets. Even though they were on, it was just like a pool of hot water.

I would return. Quiet and clean.
Pros:

It was very clean and quiet. Quick drive to historic St. Augustine.

Cons:

Breakfast included should have options for gluten and dairy free. Only saw fruit and a boiled egg…. Also did not see dairy alternatives for coffee.
Mattress should probably be replaced.

It was okay but probably would stay again
