The room was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and free of any unpleasant odors. I have stayed at Hampton hotels in Europe many times, so I have something to compare it with, and the room met my expectations.

Cons:

The room was missing some basic hygiene items, such as cotton swabs and cotton pads. Breakfast was quite limited and not very appetizing. The biggest disappointment was the $23 per night parking fee. Parking is mentioned in the hotel description, but the price was not clearly disclosed in advance. This information should be provided upfront, especially since even some of the most expensive parking options in the city cost around $20.

Our AC was out until about 4am. I call the front desk @ around midnight, a woman told me she'd call back. It started working a couple hours later without a call back from the woman that I spoke with and then got a call from a gentleman to send someone up. I informed him that that it came on and requested a later check out. He obliged and was very nice. I feel like you shouldn't pay up for Hilton and have a nonfunctioning ac unit in St Augustine in the summer time.

Good location, nice staff but the beds & breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Cons:

Mattresses on the 2 queen beds were sagging & very uncomfortable. Mine had a big sagging dip that looked like a 500 lb man slept on it every night for 6 months. Terrible Breakfast especially the hot items, i.e., Worst breakfast I have ever had in any hotel/motel that offers "breakfast included and/or continental breakfast"! 1st day, at 8:30 breakfast: Sausage patty & what appeared to be a small cheese omelet, both like leather, only choice of bagel was blueberry, tiny muffin & tiny scone. 2nd morning at 9:00; watery scrambled eggs that were almost gone, maybe 1 spoonful left in the pan, tiny slices of some kind of overdone sausage like kielbasa. Same bagels that I thought were onion & turned out to be blueberry again. Bacon or a sweet roll like a cinnamon roll would have been nice. It seemed as though they put out whatever were the cheapest items they could offer., especially the meat.

Comfortable but room needs some fixing.
Pros:

The room was quiet. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom door did not close, which was fine for my friend and I but if I was with someone I felt less comfortable with it would have been a huge issue. The door to the room was also hard to open and sometimes needed a few tries. The outlet did not work between the beds.

El hotel es buenísimo. Súper limpio y la atención del personal los empleados muy amable. Las habitaciones súper cómodas y súper limpias. Tiene buena ubicación. No es que esté tan cerca a pueblo pero en carro a 4 minutos que está bueno. El pueblo es hermoso y tiene un ambiente súper bueno. Tiene diferentes restaurantes muy buenos. ♥️

Cons:

Creo que debería de ser un poco menos el pago del perrito. Porque 75.00 es un poco caro para un perrito tan pequeño y por una sola noche.

Staff was nice, location is good.

Cons:

Did not feel clean, the fridge smelled horrible, the sheets looked like they were not laundered. Would pass on this one.
