We look forward to our next visit.
Pros:

We just returned from our 4th visit to this wonderful hotel complex, and can't wait to return.
Yes, the rooms are dated and could benefit from a refurbishment also a/c installed but if this was to happen I'm sure the price would increase significantly and be out of our budget. We find the rooms more than adequate and can't understand people moaning about the rooms when it is so often documented on reviews.
The food is excellent and we never had a problem finding something to our taste and never had to que for a table.
The whole site including the pool and bar areas were all kept spotlessly clean.
All the staff from reception to bar to restaurant and the maids and gardeners all work very hard and long shifts but alway had a smile and a cheerful manner.
Thank you all for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Beautiful place
Pros:

This lovely hotel has accommodation scattered through a pine forest. There is no air conditioning in accommodation so can be a bit sweaty, but gorgeous location, very clean, staff lovely, and the food is great.
