It’s close to our daughters school. They have a really good breakfast. Beds are reasonably comfortable.
We had never stayed at the back of the hotel before and to be honest, it felt a bit sketchy! The chair in our room was absolutely crusty! We reported it to the desk, but no one came to clean it while we were there. And I am extremely disappointed in the expense of the room! I feel that they were taking advantage of the parents moving their children back to school. We have stayed here before and paid what I felt was a reasonable price, but come on! The Holiday inn was even less expensive this weekend!

The hotel was okay and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The only issue I had was with the front desk customer service. Both the night shift and day shift staff were rude and not very welcoming.
The breakfast was good even through the fruit was not replenished and was picked over.
The inside of the doors were rusted out. There was a blood stain on the comforter. We had to ask twice for it to be changed. When the cleaner finally came to change it. He didn’t say anything, no apology, nothing. He just took the stained comforter and left the replacement on the bed for me to put on the bed then we walked out. The room and hallway smelled like weed because people were outside smoking it and it was coming through the vents. We had to spray perfume constantly. People were hanging around outside and even grilling on the corner of the property. The shower had a hole in the floor that was taped up but you felt like you were going to fall through at any moment when showering. The shower curtain had mold on it and was three inches from your face when showering. The carpet was filthy and left black dirt marks in the bathroom when the floor was wet leaving foot marks.
It was clean, hot water worked well!
Door to room was open when we got to it, pool was definitely not heated, satellite was in and out , and had alot of difficulty shutting and locking the door and getting it to latch.
Room was clean & quiet.
It took all night for the air conditioner to cool down the room.

The idea of sleep was nice until the front desk staff was extremely rude and incompetent. Booking.com was difficult to find a human but once we did they took care of the cancelation.
Front desk clerk refused reservation because after 12 it was “no longer the 4th” and said I had to deal with booking.com myself as he would be no help. The reservation was 7/4-5 because that was the night I needed a stay/sleep. A reservation for 7/5-6 would do me no good, but the front desk clerk was so incompetent and rude I wouldn’t have been able to sleep even if he had given us the room we had already paid for.
It was close to every thing in town
Checking into the room the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned the tub was gross and the tv stand had what looked like coke had been cut and the was a white residue so after a 12 hour drive I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to scrub the bathroom the tub the toilet the sink and the surfaces of everything in the room the first night I made the mistake of walking in the room barefoot I look down my feet are BLACK it looked like the room had never been cleaned
