We got charged twice once by booking and wants by the hotel even though we were told that it would be held the credit card for incidentals only

The location was great
The facilities were not up to par. They had gone down so much in just 6 months
It was very uniquely designed. I loved the decor , lobby games, and room was spacious/clean. The staff was friendly and it was a great location to overnight parking. It was a short walk to food, shopping and French Quarter. It was a nice way to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday!
The WiFi didn’t work on the tv for the night and front desk associate tried to reset but still not working. The water was still dripping after shower but eventually stopped on its own.

No air conditioning in Lobby. Elevator was broken one day. Sink was clogged.
