Tv
Everything
That it was close to the things we wanted to go to and our family at another hotel.
Nothing worked. Our telephone didn’t work to call anyone and we had two in the room. Our television didn’t work when we wanted to wind down after a long day exploring we couldn’t watch anything. One night we went to ask the woman at the front desk about the tvs and she shrugged us off nonchalantly and said the system down. Didn’t even get up from the bar to address us or even show concern. Our shower door broke while in it and one of our guests was essentially trapped in there holding the door up until maintenance was able to come and fix it. I don’t have pictures because how could that show the phone didn’t work and I was not going to take a picture of my girlfriend naked in the shower holding the door. And when it dislodged itself from the track, glass shattered from the top of the door and hit me. I’ll tell everyone I know not to come back to this hotel. Systems were down when we checked in and we got lucky we were able to get a key as other patrons had to have an escort take them to their room. The overall experience aside from the two gentlemen at the door and the maintenance and cleaning staff was horrible.
Arrived after a 10 hour Amtrak journey to be told they had given our room away, leaving travellers in the lurch like that is not okay. 19.30 pm and we were sat in the lobby in the middle of Mardi Gras trying to find alternative accommodation
Good location
Very rude and uninterested staff.
Wifi was promised and functioned terribly. This really cost me in my job as an online instructor. Staff did nothing to help me even though I expressed the issue.
Very clean and close to everything in walking distance
Nothing. It was great no complaints
Location was decent.
Check-in was not good, the system was down. We had to be sent forms that were for incidentals and the forms were not working. We had to leave our cc on a piece of paper which was sketchy. The key system was down so we were given 1 key that was an “emergency” key that worked on any door. Sooo that didn’t feel safe bc how many of those were passed out?? The dead bolt didn’t work, felt unsafe. The hallway smelled like sewage. The TVs never worked and when we asked we were told they were down too. Breakfast was non existent. The last day the main lobby was so hot you could hardly breathe inside it. A positive was staff was nice and very friendly to talk too. Our room was clean, well stocked and the showers were HOT. This is absolutely more of a hostel style hotel, a quick stop for a night or 2. If you’re staying longer I’d avoid it.
Good location very good staff
Where there for two days and the tv didn’t work. Check in was a hassle. Very small rooms.
Location
Property was dirty, staff was unprofessional, a water pipe had busted Thursday night leading to all the facilities either being shut down or disrupted. Heater was broke in a freezing cold room.
Location was great, staff was great until we got to our rooms and the heaters weren’t working . In 20 degree weather !
The heaters weren’t on and we weren’t told that before we payed our money.
Nothing much
The Bed, wasn't able to check in the System was Down all weekend TV wasnt working. We didn't have Access to anything. Staff had to let us in the room every time we wanted to go in. The Key did work until Money Night. My Card was over charged and was the wrong card.
The staff was very nice.
I am in a wheelchair and we reserved a disability-accessible room, but did not receive one. I couldn't even get my chair into the bathroom, and when I requested a shower chair, I was told they were all in use. Our water heater at home had died, and we booked the hotel mostly to have a hot shower, so this pretty much ruined the stay.
Really cute room with cute little amenities an great staff by the name of Jade!
Heating did not work and it was freezing, staff was helpful by providing more blankets (I was too lazy to wanna switch rooms)
The facility was clean and the lobby was very fun and inviting.
The heat did not work in our room.
It never got above 64 degrees and it was extremely uncomfortable to be in the room. Everything is located down stairs, no coffee maker in the room. Coffee was cold when I went to get a cup.
