Cons:

I was not able to check in. I finished work at 3:00 am and the hotels audit was in progress and would not allow the system to check me in even though the room was prepaid

A gross unkept waste of time and money

the rooms were dirty the ac units didn’t work

The staff were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful I’ve never stayed in a place that’s run as unprofessional as they are if your looking to save a few bucks by staying here if I can give you some advice and look elsewhere it’s NOT WORTH IT

Okay accomodations at a decent value; friendly and accommodating guest services.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to make a last-minute change to my reservation because of a family emergency.

Cons:

The room was not particularly clean looking, the floors being the most noticeable. For being a "studio" with a kitchen, there were literally no kitchen utensils provided in the room. They had to be picked up at the front-desk upon request assuming they were available. A coffee-maker already in the room would be the bare minimum I would expect. There was no dishwasher or oven. The common amenities are also extremely bare-bones. There is no pool or fitness center. The vending machine selection is very sparse. I was at least hoping for an ice coffee for the next morning, but the best I could find was an energy drink. Room amenities in the property listing that were not actually included are a radio, hairdryer, alarm clock, dining area, and carpeting.

It was not clean or good.
Pros:

Really, there wasn’t anything specific I liked.

Cons:

No awning to load or unload in the rain. Weird and terrible smells randomly through the building..apparently only one plunger for the entire building and when we needed something we were just told to check back to see if anyone happened to return it.. so we went to the store and bought a plunger. There was left trash, something stuck to the counters, and items in the bathroom from the previous guest. There was hair between the sheets in the bed.. and the WiFi would not load even enough to allow us to put in our room number and connect. Also, the fridge did not work, the ice trays were disgusting and there was no ice machine anywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows are so bad it’s like almost nothing there. Will not return.
