Nous avions deux chambres, dans une aucune fenêtre ne s'ouvrait et dans l autre la salle de bains était vétuste.

Hôtel sympathique que je recommande.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé a proximité plage de la Concha et du centre historique. Personnel accueillant, sympathique, serviable.
Les chambres très propres, linge de toilette renouvelé tous les jours.
Petit déjeuner varié et correct.

Cons:

Peut être la fourniture d'une cafetière serait appréciable pour les lève tôt.

Buena ubicación!
Pros:

la ubicación es excelente!! el desayuno esta bueno muy variado en general. me quede con mis padres y ellos necesitan tener buenas camas para relajarse y se logró! adicionalmente, nos dieron unas indicaciones de lugares de cenar muy guay.

Cons:

En la noche solo hay una chico en recepción y no sabe de temas de hotel. llamamos a pedir un duvet o edredon extra porque derramamos un vaso de agua y no sabia que era. adicionalmente llego a la habitación con mala actitud porque no tenia quien le cubriera en la recepción mientras nos traia mantas (nunca entendío lo del edredon).

El personal de buffet, unas señoras con actitud muy seria eramos tres habitaciones y los 3 grupos familiares dijimos lo mismo que el trato no fue agradable.

En la habitación el techo de la ducha se estaba cayendo por FALTA DE MANTENIENDO DE HUMENDAD!. el Hotel no es economico y se cliente se espera que estos detalles no exitan. es incomodo baññarse y ver como la pintura del techo se esta soltando.

SIN EMBARGO, VOLVERIA PORQUE LA UBICACION ES EXCELENTE!

Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Tienes todo cerca.

Cons:

Las habitaciones (estuvimos en dos diferentes) tenían la pintura de la pared levantada, el suelo no estaba limpio si no que estaba lleno de polvo (las suelas de las zapatillas se nos quedaban llenas pelotillas de pelo y polvo), el colchón era muy cómodo pero las camas se movían muchísimo parecía que iban a romperse en cualquier momento y el personal del hotel fue bastante borde (excluyendo al personal de la limpieza). Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos una experiencia mucho más agradable.

海岸に近く、静か。十分な広さ。コーヒーマシーン、電気ポット。コーヒーは減ると補充もされていた。カードキー。

Great place to retreat after a big day of exploring

Nice hotel
Pros:

Location, cleanness, professional staff, value for money.

Cons:

Not having enough natural light in the room and view from window to the inner backyard. Some elements of room need better maintenance.
