Good location, nice staff, uncomfortable place to stay because of the cleanliness and noise level.

The staff was pleasant and kind.

Cons:

The room felt dirty and the edges of the room were dirty. The pillows were small and too hard. The room was very loud, the room above us turned on the water and it woke us up, you could not sleep through the water use or people moving around upstairs. The pool hot tub was off color and the breakfast was very limited and not appealing.

Stay was good. Room was clean and comfy and the kids enjoyed the pool area.

Room was clean and comfy. Kids loved the large pool.

Cons:

Breakfast: scrambled eggs were a bit on the dry side. Orange juice was either out or not working. Bananas were over-ripe.

Baymont is an exceptional value, providing spotlessly clean, comfortable, and affordable lodging.
Pros:

Truly an excellent value in a central location. Phone reservation change and confirmation was efficient and courteous. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and had a counter with refrigerator, microwave, and sink for dishes. The breakfast was served in a nice dining room and the eggs were hot. This will be my go-to hotel when I am in the Coeur d'Alene area. Thank you to all the staff. ~~John

Overall a good place to stay… really need to figure out something with the sofa beds.
Pros:

I reserved a regular king room, and apparently they gave me a free upgrade. I had a kitchen in my room and a couch!

Cons:

The sofa bed was insanely uncomfortable… it was like springs covered with a sheet basically. The breakfast was getting picked up at 9, even tho it was open until 10. There was not much for selection even after asking for them to fill up the food.

The beds where comfortable

Cons:

We went to the pool with 2 kids and when I asked for pool towels, the guy said they don't supply pool towels and told me to us the ones from the room, and when I said I need dry towels for the room he told is no, the pool room was so dirty and gross and smelt like something rotten.
My sister stayed un her own room with dogs and she walked up to my room and had her dogs and the man staked her, and said no digs in my room even though it was fir a split second. Felt like they where watching me for some reason.
The beds have never been cleaned under they are so disgusting. Holes in the bathroom from old towel hooks.
Out front there are so many cigarettes in a flower pot its disgusting.
I even canceled am upcoming stay because the hotel was so gross.
