Perfect kocaf, clean and good gym/pool
Breakfast was served in a dining room which has a nice ambience and the staff were particularly good. Continental breakfast was as described. Coffee was very good.
Bed was so so.

Very clean, great location near Southern Cross Station
In the CBD very close to Southern Cross Station
The room I got given was on a floor that must have recently had some serious water damage. It was uninhabitable. The room stank of wet carpet, as did the entire floor. An industrial fan was put up in the hallway in an attempt to ventilate damp air into the staircase of the building.
The staff were helpful and provided me with a room on another level when I complained, although their first suggestion was they’d send someone to “freshen up” the room.
The replacement room I got was fine apart from a broken window blind.
Great location, close to transportation and Skybus, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great value buffet breakfast. Wonderful, friendly reception staff, easy check in and departure. Safe and recommended for solo female traveler.
Experienced excessive noise from hotel corridor, city view room had no blackout curtains and unreliable wifi.
The location was great. The room was a good size. Value for money.
My only gripe was having to pay for parking.
