A super hotel in central Melbourne!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel in Melbourne. The rooms were so clean and the hotel had a great gym and pool.

Cons:

The sauna did not work during our stay!

Beds were very comfortable and soft

Cons:

The gym was very small, it didn’t have any weights. Not a big deal but i was planning to do a bit of exercise and i couldn’t.

A great location in the Docklands close to so many cafes and restaurants
Pros:

This was my 9th time staying here and again it gave me all I needed for 1 night. A bed, a bathroom, and a great location in the cbd close to so much public transport & cafes

Cons:

The staff member said my room number out a bit loud. I don’t have anyone after me, but I’ve been told hotel staff are trained to not say room numbers out loud

Overnight trip.
Pros:

Great room as always.same with location,tram just down from hotel n around corner.great staff.had a small mishap with my keys locked in my suitcase so this staff member got lock off so I got my keys back.so helpful and kind.i give him 10 out of 10 for the help.thank you.

Friendly reception staff, great location opp Southern Cross Station. Trams stops. Restaurants. Walking distance to everything in Melbourne city. Definitely stay again.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The room was recently redone, spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just in front of the tram but not noisy.
