I've booked and stayed here many times which where perfect. but this time was very disappointing for me . Firstly opening the door to my room for the first time bang a mouldy wet smell which didn't go away the shower wall tiles need grouting and update the blankets. Yes

This motel was clean and close to public transport it you needed it.
Pros:

We travelled to Melbourne for a football match, the accommodation was walking distance of the ground. There were plenty of good eating places very close

Cons:

We were only there one night and all was great nothing we didn’t like

lovely and comfy
Pros:

Bedroom was very spacious,
the bathroom and shower exceed my expectation and was clean and very modern,
I had a very comfortable stay and love that there was lots of shops and services I needed close by.
thank you to staff who let me check in early after a sleepless flight.

Cons:

the lift needs to be fixed as soon as possible, and I didnt like that one time my room key didn't work and I had to go back down to the reception and get a new one.

Great location and will continue to stay there especially if going to marvel stadium

Location was perfect for what we needed , price was good for in the city and comfy clean room
