Spacious and comfortable in a clean well presented room with trams at the front door
Pros:

Room was spacious with a lounge which was super comfy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom roomy. Super quite on the 6th floor even though it over looked Spensor street.

Cons:

Was a bit of a walk from the Skybus and some food places
