Pros:

This place punches so far above its price - clean, comfortable and convenient. A major bonus for us is the room can be made cool and isnt restricted by someone else. We stay here a fair bit because it is so great.

Cons:

Maybe breakfast needs a little extra. Its ok and what you would expect for $15 but some fruit would be great....even tinned
