The fact my sleep was interrupted by a lady screaming and banging on walls then a man yelling
An alarm that went on for a long period. When I called the desk was told they were coming to check.
Apartment had no lounge
Quiet and comfortable bed.
The fridge was warm????? Also the bathroom sink ran hot water first up regardless of whether I had used it before recently. However the shower was just warm even without the cold water on.
I stay reasonably regularly and this was my worst experience. Room 501 I think. I did mention it to the staff on checking out.
Staff - clean towels each day - exceptional cleanliness- location - breakfast 👌 ease of booking - baggage storage until book in time.

Convenient for on site car parking.
Little basic in the room, and TV was difficult to connect to for personal devices and Netflix etc

We had the hotel breakfast every morning. It was basic but very good. Some fresh fruit would be a welcome addition. Breakfast staff were wonderful.
The TV set was hopeless. Very slow to start, slow to respond to the remote. But hey, we didn't come to Melbourne to watch TV.
Once again, a great short stay with Atlantis. Comfortable and clean, a couple of minutes to Soithern Cross and most tram and train routes, it is my go-to place to stay in Melbourne.
