Pros:

Pros:

It was a decent price and close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The garage was closed. The second day I had no hot water, there was a dirty washcloth where the shower curtain is. The rooms are very small and the heat is inconsistent. You go from warm to cold and back. The walls are very thin as well

I have had better
Pros:

It was a quiet area I suppose

Cons:

The heater was broken so I slept in the cold. The floors were sticky. No food close by. Paper thin walls

Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The room was good. There was a desk chair, but no arm chair. There was a large new refrigerator - very handy for storing restaurant leftovers! The location is excellent for all destinations in downtown Hartford. Right next to the train station. Staff were courteous and friendly, without exception.

Cons:

The hotel parking lot was under repair and unavailable during our visit, and that caused some inconvenience. But staff were very helpful in providing a workaround. We were lucky and got the last available space in the public parking lot behind the hotel. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. We arrived toward the end of the breakfast period on Monday morning, and some things had been used up. Got the last drops of coffee!

Great for a quick visit.
Pros:

Right across from the Capitol. Our room had a beautiful view. Easy to get to. Good location for what we were in town for. Less than 10 miles from Rentschler Field. Staff was nice. Room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated. Wasn't spotless. Our room was right across from the elevator so it was nosey at times.

Underwhelmed, in a hot room with ants.
Pros:

I had ants all over the room, there was no actual blanket on the bed, just sheets, the hvac could barely keep up, the floor was gross and felt like someone had spilled something.

Cons:

The breakfast... machines didn't work, no attendant so the waffle maker wasn't being used properly, eggs were really gross... sorry, it was just not worth the money spent on this place.

The room was swarming with bugs/ants. When the cleaners were cleaning other rooms on the floor where my room was located, they kept slamming the doors.
