Great location but not worth the price of the room.
Pros:

Front desk staff Francesca was very nice and very very helpful. We appreciated that.
The location is fantastic

Cons:

Paper cups in the room dilute the experience.
Housekeeping was below average. Towels were store so high I couldn’t reach without climbing the toilet bowl. Risky. Many times the dirty tea pot or cups were not cleaned unless I called the front desk.
There was no tea or kettle in the room -had to call for it. Not acceptable for a 500 euro a night room.
We were offered a choice between a king or twin beds. We chose twins but the room was so tiny that both twin beds were placed adjoining each other and kept sliding in the night as my son rolled across the gap. Very uncomfortable. But o was too tired to pack and unpack again and again to change rooms. Management of the hotel needs more work. There is no sense of luxury at all.

Non dover pensare a niente è bello
Pros:

Tutto ottimo. Camera singola piccola ma con tutti i confort. Colazione con varietà e qualità. Piccole attenzioni dello staff e un ricco set di omaggi in camera rendono il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole e rilassante. È bello non doversi preoccupare di nulla per qualche giorno! Complimenti, torneró!

Cons:

Rolling our multiple suitcases on a cobblestoned path that has steps. The hotel had a hot water issue and we were without hot water for about 12 hrs but staff repaired the issue and were apologetic
