Merci pour l’accueil
Pros:

C’est mon deuxième séjour à l’hôtel Izzy et j’ai été particulièrement bien reçu par toute l’équipe. On se sent comme à la maison. Les chambres sont propres et le petit-déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup.

Cons:

La douche pas d'anti dérapant ça glisse pas de place pour se tourner, eau chaude très longue à arriver, petite pression et défaut de porte douche qui ne ferme pas et eau qui passe en dehors.
Manque de propreté fond de toilette tartre présent au fond.
Manque d'isolation phonique fenêtre, bruits circulation.
Manque rideau blanc pour journée car vue des bureaux sur la chambre, aujourd'hui il n'y a que la présence d'un rideau occultant pour la nuit

Horrible place to stay
Pros:

Horrible and tiny place. Shower room is so tiny like 2‘ x 2‘ with the attachments sticking out so elbows will hit the walls or door or the attachments. This place is like a compact box by the way they have a camera or some flashing device hidden in a bed frame leg.

Friendly staff but worn down building and room, not what one would expect form a 4-star hotel
Pros:

When I told them that they gave me a room with dirty sheets and towels they changed them quickly.

Cons:

General cleanliness was kind of poor, also the room was super small and the furniture was really bare and cheap. The hotel generally appeared pretty old and worn down.
