Great location with friendly staff. Sam has always been there if you need anything you can just ask him.
Pros:

Very convenient to many eating locations and a Walmart is nearby. It is only about one block from the bus stop, which takes you to the French Quarter for $1.25.

Horrible, I do not recommend!

Absolutely NOTHING!

Cons:

Everything, from management to finding the entrance! I did not stay here. There was a time misunderstanding and that was a bummer but not the main problem. They would not even let me park and wait for the room I had already paid for. Mind you, I'm traveling from out of state and so when I was told to go and come back, I was surprised. The area is terrible and I went by the reviews on booking. I trusted them and they said it was a good place. That is a lie! The "manager" was so rude and nasty, I was genuinely confused about why he was so harsh and rude! I did not stay there. I felt unsafe and the details are off on the website. When they called and told me that my room was ready, I told him I wasn't going to use it. He immediately hung up... honestly, I didn't even fish saying the sentence. They refunded me $1 and I'm glad I didn't stay there. I was alone and they were terrible people.

Couldn’t find check in office, found a dead bug in the room and shower doesn’t work or there’s no way to turn it on.

Very clean, micro wave in the room, Refrigerator in the room, Abundance of towels, Very nice and quiet air conditioning system,Very convenient ice machine close by ,Toilet and faucets worked, TV worked, Staff and workers are very friendly

Midtown Hotel 3 star OK but not great like NOLA INN

TRASH PLACE DO NOT GO: Sunrise Inn, Hotel 10 I did not stay tolets do not work.
