Pros:

Very friendly staff was very nice. The room was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. Pool was a little cool but that didn't stop me from swimming. Definately staying when I'm in the area.

We decided to extend our stay and called for another night but needed a pet friendly room for the second night. The front desk Staff member was very friendly and helpful. She made it easy and we had a great Stay.

Stinks, literally..
Pros:

The front desk person was amazing. The bed was very hard, not firm, just hard. The room smelled like mildew and the stench coming from the drain in the bathtub made it hard to use the restroom. This was an expensive stop to have a stinky experience.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, beds "stiff " so if you like a firm bed that is great. The "elevator" is a topless lift. We took everything up on a hotel cart, however carried everything down in trips down the stairs. The daily breakfast was good and there is a large indoor swimming pool and also pool tables in there. There is 2 life size cow statues out front and they are part of Thorps scavenger hunt. They have a map of the town and list of the colorful cows to check off. The grandchildren loved that.

Our stay was fine and what we expected. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool area. Rooms were clean and modern. The staff during breakfast kept everything fresh.We would recommend a stay. Thank you!

We have stayed here the last 5 years during Rockfest and have never had any complaints. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided has always had plenty of options. The room rate is very reasona le too, especially during high volume due to rockfest.
