Descanso tranquilo após um dia intenso de trabalho.

Da banheira e do armário.

Cons:

Se o quarto é triplo, ideal seriam 3 cadeiras, ou pelo menos duas. A bancada poderia ser uma mesa sem as gavetas, que acabam sendo desnecessárias. Permitindo assim o encaixe das mesas. A Tv é antiga e não tem acesso a stream, apenas canais antigos que não fazem sentido. Faltou uma modernizada nesse sentido. Poderia ter também um flyer no quarto que dissesse que na cobertura tem a piscina, academia e sauna e os horários de funcionamento.

Localização perfeita, café da manhã muito bom, poder entrar e sair em qualquer horario (após o checkin claro) tipo, ir pra uma festa e voltar as 3h da manhã

It is a big and really nice hotel in a great area. Stuff is nice and the breakfast is very very tasty. There are a lot of great bars and restaurants around. The area felt quite safe. It has a vibe of a big hotel.

Gostei da atenção dos funcionários, desde a recepção como também do restaurante. Todos super gentis.

Cons:

Da forma do pagamento. Porque acertei tudo pelo aplicativo, porém chegando lá, fui estornado do cartão e tive que pagar presencialmente. Porém já não contava com isso. Fora isso, nada a reclamar.

Em resumo. Foi boa! Mas poderia ter cedido um pouco para fidelizar um cliente.
Pros:

Quarto grande. Limpeza boa.

Cons:

O chuveirinho do banheiro vazou água.

Foi difícil conseguir um late checkout, o funcionário não foi nada flexível, sendo que foi apenas 1 hora. Acredito que pelo padrão do hotel não teria problema, mas não obtive sucesso.

Foi o melhor banho da minha vida! Água em abundância, controle de temperatura fácil e rápido, e uma pressão surpreendente.

Cons:

O colchão tem um tamanho ótimo, o problema são as molas/espuma, que já formaram "barrigas".
