Pros:

Le persone dello staff ono sempre state gentili e collaborative. La colazione era ottima. Le stanze pulite e confortevoli. Situato nel quartiere Pinheiros, estremamente piacevole.

Cons:

non ho alcuna critica, solo un piccolo suggerimento: per chi viaggia e ha magari orari di sonno/veglia non ancora in linea con quelli del posto, avere la possibilità di farsi un caffè a qualsiasi ora è davvero un beneficio notevole. il suggerimento è dunque lasciare a disposizione una macchina del caffè, un termos o altro 24/24.
