Pros:

The staff were exceptional, the room was lovely

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard , the air conditioning didn’t work so was really hot during the night and along with the hard bed wasn’t a great sleep .

Pros:

Room size and facilities at the hotel are good. Staff very friendly. Ideal location for my trip to Nottingham.
Free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise.

Ek yatagı hazırlamadıkları için telefon ettik idareciler takım elbise ,kravat gelip yatak yapmalarını .Hiçbir otelde böyle birşey görmedim .

Cons:

Asansörün çalışacağında hoplamasını. Kahvaltıdaki çatal, kaşık bıçakları otelin ismine hiç yakıştırmadım .

It was truly excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

From the moment you arrive you feel the class and luxury of this hotel. The staff, service and food were all excellent. Lovely spacious rooms with large comfortable beds too.
