Pros:

Clean and friendly, all the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The decor was bright and comfortable, and it was spacious and airy. The room was plenty big enough with a nice bright bathroom with superb shower and very clean, soft towels. We were very well catered for

Our only slight gripe was that the bed was too soft for us

Comfortable. Good value for money.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. However, our room was very, very warm, to the point of being uncomfortable. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was amazing. But the warmth made it very difficult to sleep. A headache I had during the day got progressively worse throughout the night as a result. But it really is a lovely hotel.

Other than the above, nothing.

Usual good standard and perfect location for us!
Pros:

The reception staff were always superb, friendly and helpful. When checking in we were given a room on the top floor overlooking the back which is quieter. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and of a good size and it was quiet during the night. We enjoyed a light dinner in the bar which was tasty and again the staff were polite.

Cons:

Having stayed here many times before I felt the breakfast was below par - short on quite a few items, some not tasting as fresh as I would expect and also just not a very pleasant experience.
