Also, if you book with a third party site, make sure to know what price you paid for the room. At check- in, the receptionist needed me to find that information for them.

The room and the hotel were not clean. I found cockroaches and a grasshopper inside the refrigerator. This was totally unacceptable and disgusting. I was going to change hotel, but I was there for a funeral, and I really was unable to deal with another issue. On my last day, the hallway where my room was located small horribly/unpleasant.

There were roaches in the room, the 1 elevator they had was broken so had to take the stairs which I had a senior with me so that was difficult, interaction with front desk wasn’t too great.

The hallways were kinda grimey and the homeless broke into the car next to mine

Room was infested with cockroaches room smell bad cobwebs in the bedrooms as well. Staff uniforms look all old and decrepit. People smoking marijuana outside the building itself right at the front desk well children are nearby. Those carpets have to be replaced they look so darn filthy oh my God. Bookit.com should take this off their website if they want to continue a business otherwise you will go broke with this hotel in your website that's how bad it is. By the way I also forgot as soon as I open the door a cockroach ran across the room that was my welcome to this particular hotel room. We had a two-night stay reservation which we only did one night and had to find a better hotel room that was clean and no cockroaches were involved. Which we did find a hotel very clean you guys should look up to that hotel in Davis worth a price too. A total of seven cockroaches were found in their room some of them were too fast to capture pictures though. I also saw in the reviews that 2 months ago they had the same problem. Apparently they don't take care of the building with an exterminator. They sure have one on call or in a monthly basis to come spray the rooms outside the inside every time I guess leaves. They're unsatisfied customer here and I stay in many hotels due to my nature of work. For the last 22 years I understand this was at last minute thing for this particular room but still doesn't give you the fact to have a dirty filthy room filled with cockroaches especially when I was my wife and my child. Dead cockroach in the kitchen. A weird hole in the bathtub. Room telephone didn't have a cord for a working handset.

No complaints. it is located across the parking lot from a wonderful bar and grill, that serves excellent food with excellent service. An exceptional prices.

The property is old, very rundown , elevator was broke, mold in the sink (all around the rim) bath / shower. There was packaging tape holding a corner of the counter together , broken outlet covers, carpets are ancient, carpets have very dark stains, the rolling chair had god knows what on it ( stain upon stain) numerous chips and lifts on the countertop
The exit door by the parking lot didn’t lock ( big safety hazard) the doors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days
