Residence Inn by Marriott St Louis Airport

The man at the desk that checked us in was amazing. He was there at all times of day with a smile on his face and a pleasant greeting.

Overall it was good. It was just a one night stay and no real issues.

The staff at this location are amazing. The only things about the hotel that bring the rating down are mechanics of the room. I've never been in a hotel that didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, that was odd. The bathroom door had a lock, but it didn't actually lock the door. The thermostat in the bedroom didn't bring the temperature down. The living room was very comfortable, but I'm not going to sleep on the pull out couch. If it weren't for the fan in the bedroom, the bedroom would've been too hot.

Upon checking in, they messed it up and left me with no money the whole weekend when checking out on Sunday they couldn’t even check me out because they don’t have what they need so my entire weekend was ruining
because of their mistake from the beginning and witch the room was already paid for And they charge my card three times for the room that have been paid for in March

Wi-fi should be upgraded to this century. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was my 3rd night in a row staying at a Residence Inn while I drove from AZ to MI. This room had a dated and worn look/feel to it compared to the other two locations I stayed. Definitely needs improvment and refurbishment. Other than the refridgerator, everything else was old and dated.

Not so good afternoon

The hotel is out dated, musty, and the mattresses were worse than blow up mattresses. Creaky, flimsy and thin. The property says pool but it was under construction. Not worth the price at all

Wish I had found this hotel for my previous visits to STL. It's like a mini apartment. Bed was super comfy. I travel for work and pleasure and this hotel is perfect for longer stays. Had everything needed. Has a mini mart which was hwlpful coming in on a late flight. But i loved the shuttle service. Drivers were great. I do wish the drivers has a way to tip them, like a venmo q code they could place at the front of the bus when on their shift. We rarely carry cash anymore and they deserve a little extra fpe doing a little extra!

I had ants in my first assigned room on the second floor. Then I went down to get to get a room switch and dealt with a front desk staff member that could care less. Next Day my mother went down to talk to the manager and she was very rude as well as they had lied and said we had 3 room changes and we only had 1, we went from the second floor to the fourth. Very unprofessional staff and they obviously don’t have their rooms checked and cleaned thoroughly on top of having old hair in the shower and a broken toilet seat in the NEW room.

Manager was rushing us out the room, i will never stay here again.. It was 5 minutes after checkout and she was arguing with an employee because he wouldn't tell us to get out fast enough

Peaceful stay clean property and nice staff

The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and so friendly. We really enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast. This location will definitely be our go-to location when visiting in the future.

Police were arriving when we were checking in for an issue. More police arrived. Front desk lady didn’t want to look up my Marriott Bonvoy number and made multiple excuses.

Clipping and fake nails in pile by curtain. Breakfast was good. Pullout bed mattress just springs with no padding.

There were a couple of bugs in the shower and the counters didn’t feel like they were wiped down very well, but other than that the stay was great and the staff was friendly!

The hotel was nice and quiet, just what I needed for the night.

Nice stay sofa had a bad stain on it.

Didn't care for loitering around the outside of people who wasn't staying there. Especially when they are trying to figure out how to sneak in a hotel room without paying
