Nice stay in Great Location
Pros:

The room was a one bedroom suite with plenty of space. Bathroom was good, plenty of towels and restocked each day. Very convenient for Cruise ship departures and also for visiting the Old part of San Juan.

Cons:

The room was sold as a bay view, which it had, as long as you lent out on the tiny balconies. There were some housekeeping issues like a missing net curtain, a very odd vent in to the bedroom area that allowed water to drip down the wall. Management attended to look at the list of issues we had, so hopefully everything is sorted.

The staff was outstanding. The Jr suite was spacious and lovely
Pros:

The location was centrally located in old San Juan. The staff is kind, responsive and helpful. The Jr suite was spacious with a great view.

Cons:

Just be prepared for cruise rush in the area and crowd checking in and out of property due to proximity of the port.

Pros:

First was the location, but once we entered the hotel we were blown away. The professionalism and warmth of the staff was more than expected. The building was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. The food was fabulous.

Overall nice
Pros:

Cool property, really nice sized room, great location for walking around OSJ.

Cons:

Some cleanliness issues- pool area had some wrappers and garbage around, dust in the registers in the room. Also the AC in the living room area wasn’t working great. Balcony was just a little standing balcony which I’m not sure was on the description of the room

Perfection
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable.The bathroom state of the art. Thestaff was lovely and the food that we had from the market downstairs was delicious.I can't say enough about it . Our three granddaughters are with us on this trip and they were just so excited and they enjoyed the stay.

Location is great, very central for the old San Juan

Cons:

The rooms are basic for the category of hotel. The pool area has zero facilities, you can’t even move the umbrellas so getting any form of shade is impossible. Air conditioning in the room is very noisy, you have to turn it off if you want to sleep. The buffet breakfast is pretty poor for the price you are paying the room, this could really do with some improvements! At the end of the day it is an expensive hotel and the value for money really isn’t there.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location from the port. Like that Walgreens was next to the hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Amazing…..
Pros:

We lived this hotel, from the welcoming, friendly and always ready to help were amazing. The room are spacious and beautiful large marble showers and the most comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Puerto Rico
