Great location from the port. Like that Walgreens was next to the hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The bed was nice
We were charged for a breakfast that was supposed to be complementary we were charge 200 dollars for 2 continental breakfast never stay again want our money back never stay there again
We lived this hotel, from the welcoming, friendly and always ready to help were amazing. The room are spacious and beautiful large marble showers and the most comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Puerto Rico
Everything and the restaurant was very good
The staff was very warm and friendly. They were like old friends that you hadn't seen in many years and were so happy to see you again.

Ubicación, amabilidad del personal del desayuno y bar, comodidad de la cama.
En 5 noches solo me hicieron la habitación una vez, y esto tras quejarme en 3 ocasiones. Para colmo, al hacerme la habitación retiraron todas las toallas y no las reemplazaron, por lo que tuve que quejarme de nuevo.
Por otro lado, no entiendo que en el lavabo no pongan una pastilla de jabón o un dispensador. Hay que pedirlo en recepción.
Sinceramente, no puedo entender cómo en un hotel de estas características no se cuiden aspectos tan básicos.
First stay at this hotel after it changed from the Sheraton hotel. What an improvement, room was fantastic, bar area great. Staff very friendly. Would recommend especially if you are taking a cruise from here as right -by cruise terminal.

Room was advertised as a “garden view”, however the view was of a roof. Both at registration and departure there was only 1 staff person in attendance, causing for unacceptable delays.
Housekeeping never left a soap bar at the bathroom room sink, we had to step into the shower to use the soap dispenser.
Nice view out over the harbour and convenient for old town, which is why we booked this hotel.,
breakfast was very disappointing, poor value , often cold and uninspired
Air conditioning didn't work on our arrival and the engineer had to be called out on a Sunday afternoon

All we wanted was a simple sandwich and we tried via Reception and the Restaurant, both of which couldn't help !!
