Hella pricey for rather dingy
Pros:

We stayed here one night on a road trip vacation. The hotel is walkable to downtown and the linens and towels were clean. We were in room 103, two queens. The one we slept on was saggy in the middle, nearest the bathroom. There are nice bath products provided: Milton & Brown. We enjoyed Hand Fire Pizza and HB Juicery in town - great restaurants. The room and the hotel itself are rather dingy and need to be updated. Coming from California, we were shocked by the condition of the room for the price which was $345 a night in the shoulder season. This place has a motel feel. Spa is outdated and fitness room is carpeted in the basement. It seems that Jackson has outrageous accommodation prices, which is a definite turn off from coming back. Very pretty town though.

Meh….just ok. It was very noisy and we had some maintenance issues (they were addressed) it was just disappointing for

The location was great and the rooms were nicely appointed .

Cons:

The noise ! It was terrible being on the lower floor and street side . It was so loud hearing people walk above you on creaky floors, and the amount of semis that parked in front of our room unloading cars was very surprising . We had to call maintenance to fix the shower and to help us turn on the TV so we could watch more than one channel..

The rooms were clean, staff was great, amazing location for the shuttle.
Pros:

Jaime at the front desk was phenomenal. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, 10/10 recommending friends to come here.

Cons:

The pool was a little dirty. It was great that someone fixed the hot tub/spa while we were there.

The mattress bad was old and literally was sunken in the middle of it. Not very comfortable. The toilet seat needed to be tightened.
