Great room and very accommodating and friendly staff
Pros:

Had everything you could possibly want in the room. Even cottonballs and cue tips!

Cons:

No elevator for second floor

Meh….just ok. It was very noisy and we had some maintenance issues (they were addressed) it was just disappointing for

The location was great and the rooms were nicely appointed .

Cons:

The noise ! It was terrible being on the lower floor and street side . It was so loud hearing people walk above you on creaky floors, and the amount of semis that parked in front of our room unloading cars was very surprising . We had to call maintenance to fix the shower and to help us turn on the TV so we could watch more than one channel..

Thin walls. Heard other people a lot. Decor is not attractive, but was clean and arranged nicely.

The rooms were clean, staff was great, amazing location for the shuttle.
Pros:

Jaime at the front desk was phenomenal. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, 10/10 recommending friends to come here.

Cons:

The pool was a little dirty. It was great that someone fixed the hot tub/spa while we were there.

Pros:

The location was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

The mattress bad was old and literally was sunken in the middle of it. Not very comfortable. The toilet seat needed to be tightened.
